The TV performed great when I first got it. The picture quality was excellent and I loved it. However, after only 1 week the TV started freezing up on me. Great TV if it weren't for that.

I purchased this TV in Jan 2020 and a red line appeared from top to bottom on the screen within 5 months. The worst part is that it is still under the manufacture warranty and they are giving me the runaround. Would not recommend this TV to anyone because of the customer support and business practice of Hisense.

When I bought my 65 inch TV it said it had Bluetooth capability I had it for 3 months when it didn't update they took away my Bluetooth capability so the speakers that I had also bought to go with my TV no longer worked beware. when I called customer service they told me my TV should not have bluetooth capability but it said it did on my owner's manual and on the box when I bought it they offered nothing.

Freezes and lost brightness

Lost its color brightness and looks like its in night mode all the time hard to see. Already factory reset it, tried all settings and its the same. Netflix crashes and no updates available at all. TV becomes unresponsive and have to factory reset at least once a month.
