Read a lot of reviews prior to purchasing, went to local store to view in person. All I can say is AWESOME picture. You will not find same quality tv for same price. The only thing that needs improvement would be sound from speakers; a little lacking in that area. This TV is well worth it's price and could not beat the 4 years of warranty.

This is a great television if your demands for smooth function isn't high. Let's start at the settings. I wanted to set up my aspect ratio to wide screen and the picture mode to standard. Every time I turn off the TV it loses those settings. I also find that programming my favorite channels was cumbersome. You have to go into settings, scroll all the way down, press the right arrow, scroll down some more to channels, then scroll down to favorites and the scroll down through all the channels to select the one you want as your favorite. I'd much rather just press one button while on that channel to select it being a favorite. Casting Youtube videos from your computer or smart phone is easy. Netflix, Amazon and other streaming options work well. The user interface is very basic. It's functional but not as much eye candy as you get from an LG or Samsung television. The way I see it is if you want to be a competitor of those two brands, you got to bring it and make sure you slam it home! The 4 year warranty is very attractive. If anything goes wrong with it, they will fix it as long as it's a manufacturing fault. The 4K screen is beautiful and the sound is loud and clear for the speakers it's equipped with. The price was good at the time I purchased it. I think it's a good television for the kids to play their video games on. That's what I know use it for as it didn't meet my expectations for function.

I never expected such a good deal with a 4k, Ultra HD TV. It's been over a month and the TV is just amazing. We have seen full series of BluRay "Game of Thrones" in this TV and trust me, I couldn't resist not watching it. I would say, it's an amazing product and great features. Do not hesitate to buy it. Quality at par with Samsung and LG.

After a lot of reading through reviews and researching TV's, my husband and I decided on this particular one. We are very happy so far with our purchase, it's worth every penny and a lot of pennies less than other brands, for the same results. I will tell you that you MUST change the settings for the best viewing...you cannot leave it with factory setting, or you will not be satisfied with the picture quality.

Like others, I had never heard of Hisense before, and was a little skeptical that a 4K panel could be so inexpensive. Most of those worries were immediately dissolved when I powered the TV on and got to watching. It's a beautiful screen! Crisp picture, pretty good sound, and good color quality. The Smart TV features are also nice, and function well. Overall, a great TV, and definitely a great first venture into 4K!

This was the best priced UHDTV. Easy to use, great picture and preloaded with the apps I use.

I was really impressed with the 4K quality, the picture is super clear as if you are actually there. I didn't give it a 5 star because it was a bit difficult to put the stand together. A good tip to clean it is use only a microfiber cloth when the TV is completely cold (like overnight) to remove fingerprints. You may need a bit of moisture from water only but make sure you dry it right away. Also, try finding a good surge protector to protect it.

I have had no issues with this product since I bought it a couple of months ago. Screen is crystal clear and the tv is working properly. The only thing I would add is Bluetooth capability.

Probably like most people I went in looking for a Samsung, Sony, LG, Vizio, etc. The sales guy mentioned Hisense and it was cheaper and larger than the one that I was looking for. I took a chance and I think I might be purchasing all my other TV's with hisense in mind. Picture quality is comparable if not better than the other ones. 4K, 4USB ports, everything the bigger guys got, this one has.
