A completely satisfactory product

I chose Best Buy because I am confident and their sales staff and the products that they carry. I never had a Hisense product before so I was somewhat leery. However, my experience with it has been superlative pretty it has performed in an exemplary manner. I have had zero problems with it and every time I've called customer service for an adjustment issue they have been very helpful.

Great picture and surprisingly good sound.

Excellent Picture Quality

This TV was on display in the store and it had the brightest picture off all of the of the displays. My husband was a little skeptical of the brand because it is not a well known brand in the US. However, once we got it home, he tried to put it in "his" TV room. I am very happy with my purchase.
