  • Hisense Does not Support Xbox One S HDR

    The Hisense 50h8c does not support HDR with the Xbox One S. There will be no firmware update to support this. Also..the HDR that this tv displays isn't true HDR in the first place. I've Included a picture as you what it says when the Xbox One S is hooked up. The Tv also doesn't support 24p bluray playback.

      Hi! Our software engineers are working on an update to enable HDR10 via HDMI input, which would give the TV the compatibility to Xbox One S. The update is scheduled to come out in late September. And you should be able to get the update by going to "Settings">"About TV" > "Check Firmware Update". If you can't receive an update over the air, you can always contact us at 1-888-935-8880 to request for one. Hisense

    I am enjoying this TV, which is 4k loaded with amazing feature. when i went to best buy store to purchase 4K TV, I not got any branded product under my budget around 550$ for 50' but i saw this Tv & trust best buy to purchase this TV. Now i am happy with my decision.

    We had returned an LG TV and were about to purchase a replacement. Your Salesman assisted us in understanding TVs offered in our price range and suggested we look at Hisense. He showed us the difference in picture quality and went over the features. A friend in the store also stopped by and commented that he had bought this TV a few months ago and they loved it. Very good customer experience.
