||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.1 - This was advertised as a 'Smart' TV. I thought that meant it could search the web. It can't. It can only access Netflix, Vudu, YouTube and Amazon. That's it as far as web services go. 2 - I wanted a Roku TV and this was sitting right where all of the Roku TV's were located. It got confusing. I would not have purchased this TV had I known it wasn't even what I was looking for. 3 - It doesn't work well. Every so often, when you turn it on, it has no sound. We have learned that this means you have no control. There is no control of the TV without the remote (there are no buttons on the TV). If there is no sound when you turn it on then the remote isn't working the TV. We have to unplug the TV from the power source and then plug it back in. This usually resets it and it is fine for another day or two.

We own another Hisense TV that seems to have a better picture. This one is a Smart TV and the Netflix part is easy to use. I haven't used the other Smart parts yet. The big disappointment is that you must be sitting absolutely in front of the TV as even 2 or 3 feet from dead centre will make the picture wishy washy.
