The sales person explained who the brand was. The price very good and I decided to purchase it knowing that I could return it. However, every time the channel was changed it emitted a loud and annoying 1 second beep. And, when I paused the cable box, the beep continued for as long as the program was paused. I immediately contacted Hisense and the short version is that after a month and 2 calls per week by me, I was told that it was a "known issue" and that they were "working on an update". Fortunately, Best Buy is awesome and after speaking to a manager they accepted the return, even though I was a week beyond the normal return period! I bought an upgraded Vizio and I love it! Thank you Best Buy, but you need to drop the Hisense product! It doesn't meet your standards!

Great picture, mid-market price

I will recommend with one caveat, be cause we have a hearing ipared member there is a need for separate headphones, the Hisense TV's only audio-out port is the earphone jack that kills the speakers. I have contacted both Hisense and Best Buy but they have no solution.

Sometimes in the middle of watching, I get a no signal message. Not from DirecTV but from the TV. My other TV's are fine and the signal is working. It has to be the tv.
