TV tech said it cannot be repaired and he has seen several fail this month. Hisense has been slow to replacement it. They intend to replace a new 2 month old TV with a refurbished TV. It is now going on 4 weeks and the TV still has not been replaced. I have another manufacturer Smart TV and the picture quality is far superior to the Hisense Smart TV.
