Our TV went out right before Thanksgiving and we needed a quick fix as we had guests coming and of course we wanted to watch football. This worked great for the price. The screen quality is just ok if you are looking at it from a side view but it is good as long as you are facing it.

I was not sure initially aabout this brand, however after consulting with the staff and comparing between some of the bigger brands and comparable ones, this brand was not too bad and is also up and coming as a manufacturer of 4k tvs. It does the job and would buy anoother one.

Not a fan of this TV at all but fine with purchase. I think the last generation of TVs prior to these were better in this lower price range. Under $500 in 2018-20, they are all too bright and the blacks are absolutely terrible. My slightly older TCL TV is much better so not sure what they were thinking. They made them all super bright LEDs but then the let the blacks suffer to get richer colors and brightness. You see what I heard termed by a salesman, staining. It looks like a cloud effect of grays and blacks in dark scenes. 4k means little if you cant get good contrast in my opinion. Keep in mind, when its not dark scenes it looks good but it drives me nuts. My wife still cant see what Im talking about unless I point it out. Buy an OLED TV to avoid this but youre looking at over $700 at least. Im just waiting for those prices to come down. These under $500 TVs are garbage.

I have had this TV for a few months now, and I can say this is a quality TV for the price. Sure the motion isn't going to look as great or the colors look as crisp, but is that really why you are buying this TV? This is a good TV for a basement, bar area or dorm.

This TV does exactly what we need. I can cast from my phone, access streaming services, hook up game consoles, etc. Some of the Roku apps are sketchy (Hulu app developers, I'm talking to you), but that's not the TV's fault. Great buy for a very reasonable price.

The TV is ok, but it is not a super high definition product. Sound is good, but the lips of people on the screen are not completely in sync. That could be the fault of Xfinity.

This television was purchase to replace an outdated LCD model. Purchased it upon recommendation of Best Buy staff per needs of at least 120Hz refresh rate. Am satisfied with purchase, but wish I would have been able to hold out for name brand TV with better options.

Bought one for myself and liked it so much for one for my mom. Saved us both $100 moving from cable to streaming. Roku interface and channels are great. TV picture also great. I also hook up my laptop to it for a nice 50 computer screen.

I bought this TV a little over a year ago and took a gamble on the brand. It will not turn on and stay on. It was working perfectly fine yesterday and now the tv constantly keeps turning on and off. I’m disappointed. I do not recommend. I’ve had my share of TVs and they always last longer than two years. I will not be buying this brand anymore. Also, I have tried multiple ways to solve the issue and the tv will not stay on.

Service at Lee's Summit Best Buy was excellent. Jake throughly explained the operation of the television. Offered and obtained a BB credit card. And set up my Geek Squad appointment.

I bought this as a gift and they enjoyed it until today it's working perfect recommend it for Netflix users

Picture quality is okay..Sound is lacking but a sound bar would fix that. For the price it's a good tv...but would spend a little more next time on a better one.
