    I notice one problem, you have to use two remotes for this TV, this why I gave it a 3 rating other than that very nice tv.

    Good tv, but randomly loses connection to WiFi is left off for more than 12 hours.

    I have never had a TV die this soon. Bought it 3 months ago, and now it just sits and reboots itself over and over and over again. Dead. What a waste. Warranty process is tedious and takes FOREVER. Buyer Beware.

    This seemed like a good purchase but after the second time of needing to return it because something was wrong with the sound. I returned it a 3rd time and bought a different TV entirely.

    This TV I would not recommend , looked good in the store took it home tried adjusting the colors to no avail it’s week and faded.

    First one was a lemon, gave error codes and the black screen of death. Returned and got another. Wouldn't connect to WIFI. Returned it and didn't buy another.

    Completely froze up, would not turn back on - just led lights would come on. Unplugged for 30 minutes and plugged back up and still nothing. Returned same day.

    Very poor. I had to go through the ringer and have two techs come to attempt repair before I could get a replacement. Get a Bravia instead

    This TV has excellent picture quality. 4K resolution is sharp and HDR is very obvious. The best part though is that you don't have to buy another smart TV box for apps as Roku is built in and keeps getting software updates over the internet. Roku in itself is pretty responsive and I didn't feel any slowness at any stage. Also love the volume button placement on the controller

    The best deal on a TV right now! Ive had this just over a month and what a great value. The picture is great especially with 4K programming. If you're a long time roku user like me fear not. The built in roku is fantastic, on par with a Roku 4 if not better! The only draw back is this doesnt have the ability to play games but no one does anyway. Soon I will be upgrading my LR TV hopefully with a hisense roku, but BB doesnt carry the 65?? Don't wait, buy!
