All they did was deliver NO set-up. They should have let me just do it all myself, cuz I did! The whole thing took 10 days of waiting.

Delivery was subpar and TV was defective.

The driver from the third party company that Best Buy contracted with came as far as right outside my house, parked, then made no attempt to deliver my tv. They marked it as “undeliverable” and then I had to wait three days for a refund. Next, I decided not to roll the dice on delivery again and drove to my nearest Best Buy to purchase the tv. We got the last one in stock. We brought it home, put it up on the stand, only to promptly realize it wouldn’t work. Despite clearly connecting to the internet, we could go no further than the setup screen. After repeated conversations with support, we were circled around to the warranty department, which is when we finally decided to just return it as defective a day later.

There is no owners manual, only a Fire TV operating guide. It has none of the menus or features of the other HiSense I owned. When you try to register or call for help, this model does not even exist on the HiSense support page.
