Unresolved Roku audio sync issue

Best Buy gave me a Hisense service number which in turn sent me to Geek Squad which in turn sent me to Best Buy. Roku community has provided a myriad of "fixes" but none have worked. I think this can be a great TV if the bugs get resolved.
