Had not heard of the brand before but the reviews were good so I went ahead and bought it. Glad I did. The price was awesome too!

The problem was I bought one Hisense, or at least it was in a Hisense in the box. I brought it home and it didn't work. I was going to return it and just go to another store to get a TV. But the customer support was apologitic so I got another one from your store.

I live the simplicity of the roku built in!
