The only complaint is that the bottom two mounting holes in the back are machined into plastic and the threads strip out extremely easy. Thankfully we didn’t have to mount the TV on the wall but we no longer have that option with this TV.

Screw holes for mounting bracket are little low that pushes up the TV higher than the Samsung before this. I would recomend this a good budget friendly TV. it was very easy to set up.

The smoke was like cigarette smoke and lasted 1 or 2 minutes. It will turn on to Roku home screen then go black. The green Hisense screen will show then go black. I used it mostly as a PC monitor. Never had this happen so quickly before with any other brand - should have gotten at least 4 to 5 years, not 2. Just got a TCL Google TV 50 inch on sale here. My first and definitely my last Hisense :(

The person who sold me that it has BlueTooth but didn't get one. I called help from city, and a technician came and confirmed that the TV has no Blue Tooth. I feel cheated.
