    The T V came with a cord that did not fit the two pin hook up in the back of the tv. Called their customer service and they sent another cord but same problem. The manufacture is either packing the wrong cord or the pin hook up is wrong. The customer service from Hisense is good but the problem is not solved.

    This tv is a horrible buy. I took it out the box and the TV screen was distorted. Call Best Buy they said call HIsense. Call their customers service and they said it was nothing they could do. I was out $350 and no one cared. Had the TV less than 2 months.

    The TV was great for 1 year but the board went. I just expected the tv to last more than a year. TV quality is not what it use to be.

    I've owned a Hisense before and it was a really good TV so I ordered another one from Best Buy. NEVER AGAIN!!! I'm aware this review will not be published but I want BB to know that I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH YOU AGAIN AND WILL DO AS MUCH AS I CAN TO LET OTHERS KNOW HOW LOUSY YOU ARE.

    Screen snapped off of the TV while in the box. Went to mount the TV today and noticed the screen wasn't flush with the surface. Looked closer and the entire screen is hanging off. Can't return at this point, which is pretty unfortunate.

    Picture resolution was awful. I returned this and bought a 50 inch Samsung.

    This is a great living room TV as its not too big and not too small. Color quality is amazing and it does everything I need it to. Built-in Roku makes it a breeze to use and customize. 10/10 TV for price and quality!

    I was skeptical about a new television because I'm not in tune with all the new tech, but this was a winner easy to setup easy to operate great value. Good product nice picture. I didn't like the home screen thing when you turn it on, but it doesn't brother me now. I'm happy !
