    We bought this on Black Friday deal we were looking for some economic tv for a temporary apartment so we decide to go with this Hisense 50” and is absolutely beautiful the picture quality is really good for the price.

    It's a TV, it does TV things. The roku operating system is nice, smooth, and simple. The picture is ok. Corners are dim. Viewing from off center can give you some weird lines due to the plastic the screen is made from. It's just a bedroom TV so it's ok. Overall, it's decent for what it is.

    had about a month, no problems yet. Poor customer support ! Should have a warranty card or a way to register by mail! not everyone has the capability to do on line or by smart phone!!!

    No voice control remote as advertised.

    Tv seems good enough as I purchased for my elderly mother. A selling point was “voice control” remote to make it easier on her. NO VOICE CONTROL REMOTE was supplied. As I have Roku, I know what voice remote is and how it works.

    you can not adjust the sound mode at all. It only has speech mode and says all other settings are not available. If we had known that we would of purchased something else.

    Fine TV for the price. My only complaint is the audio. It isn't good but for this price point you can add a sound bar.
