Overall, I'm pleased with the quality of the TV. I have had 2 issues with the TV and unfortunately I'm not sure if it's user error or actually something going on with the TV. My disappointment in my purchase is with Hisense customer service department. I contacted them to get assistance with one of my issues and after the long hold time, I explained my issue and I was told someone from another department would have to call me back. Well it's three weeks later and still no call. Luckily, I was able to figure out how to resolve the issue but not sure if I took care of it permanently.

Good TV for the money. Got it as a deal of the day. Hisense for sure though can be a little glitchy with the remote control and apps.

This television is awesome it's compatible with all of the current software that I use on my phone and I don't have traditional cable so having the YouTube button and using the Amazon prime video button is so helpful for me I love this TVI can't believe it was that cheap I wish I could put one in every Room in my house I wish I had Room to put this 55" TV in my kitchen because it is awesome.

This android TV does everything I need it to do. The smart features are great, and the picture is solid. The audio sounds a little tinny on some apps.

Very clear picture, but if you are looking to use other internet sites than those loaded on the TV, then you may experience problems.

I bought this TV on sale for $300, and I’m honestly blown away. The sound is great, it’s bright, excellent 4K quality, and the smart features are all there. There really is no reason to be spending $500+ on a TV when this is basically the same product. Only issue is sometime’s it’s a bit slow to respond to the remote, but it’s a very minor Problem. Don’t buy the TCLs, get this instead.

Is pretty good for the price. Got it on sale 299.99. Wish it had a little more sound. Sometimes the menu gets stuck.Besides that it looks good.

This is a great bang for your buck tv. I'm two weeks in and hav no real complaints. I have an Android phone also so far so good worth the money
