She told me that it didn't come with a remote. So I purchased a universal remote to find out the remote was taped to the back of the TV the whole time. Extra trip to Best Buy. The TV didn't come with a manual so now I am having to research how to get the volume to work on the TV and pair the remote.

Works very well, I mainly use it for movies/TV but the picture quality is more than good enough for gaming since it's 4k and 60Hz on the refresh rate.

I have not opened this item as I must return it due to I did not do my usual research regarding the LED 4K UHD. I really can't do a proper review. But for the money it really was a good deal, however, I have decided to go for a larger screen with a higher UHD.

Big, cheap, great for android

Love that it has chromecast built in. Really love all I had to do was click "yes, use my phone's credentials to sign into my accounts" for Netflix, Hulu, etc. and was watching Lucifer without downloading or typing

Smart tv for reasonable price

It’s an android smart tv and it had peacock, Pluto, and Netflix installed on it so there’s no need for cable. He literally cut off the cable and switched to internet only plus we found a way to watch games for free. Totally worth it.

Slow interface, stops responding to remote

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this TV because of the promise of it being an Android TV and being able to use Chromecast and different apps from the Play store. Last time I checked the android interface the apps were really limited and sadly now years after it still continues to be very limited. Not only that but this TV keeps freezing and you have to unplug it from the wall and reboot it to get it to turn on and respond to the remote. Plus the interface is extremely slow browsing between apps. The worst is that Bestbuy only offers you 15 days from the purchase day to return the TV so if you didn't used your TV much the first couple weeks or like me you picked up your TV a week late because of the pandemic and only had a week to test it you are toast. Even if you buy the extended warranty like I did the first year is with the manufacturer. So now I'm stuck with a case number waiting for Hisense to either tell me that there will be a software update or giving me another one of the same model to test. Chromecast seems to work fine and the image is very good with decent sound but a TV that will stop responding to the remote is unacceptable.

My First Smart TV

I can easily go from TV to the applications and watch what I want to watch. My only issue is that sometimes the volume will suddenly drop or get louder during a show and I'll have to adjust it.

If you have an Android and like to cast to a TV, you really should consider this brand of TV. It makes it so easy and simple. And works every time.

The picture is clear and sound is perfect. My kids enjoy playing their ps5 on it. Graphics are amazing. They have no complaints. Cant beat the price. If I need another tv I’ll buy a third.

Can not find a TV easier to set up. For the price you can not go wrong. It was packaged very well and Best Buy even sent out a text explaining some tips on removing it from the box.
