My 50 inch 1080p picture went out so i went right away and got this loving every minute of it. The Dolby Vision mode is awesome Netflix has a lot of titles that are capable.

I searched that packaging over about 3 times and no screws. Fortunately, the set up guide had the size and I went on Amazon to order them to avoid going in person to the store. That is when I noticed there were tons of people with the same problem of missing screws. The thing that so frustrating about this is that there is really no recourse for the customer. What is going on??

4K display is OK, but native OS is extremely laggy

We have had it for over a year now, and I felt compelled to write a cautionary tale review. The native OS interface is terrible. Don’t purchase this TV is you plan to rely upon the Android TV service to connect to your streaming media. The menu and interface suffers from extreme lag time, and the OS is clearly lacking sufficient memory and storage to function adequately. We ended up purchasing an Amazon Fire stick for this TV which we now exclusively use for all content on this TV. The picture quality is good, but the onboard audio is terrible. External speakers or a soundbar is a must. But if all you need is a cheap 4K display, this might be a good buy.

I am use to Roku TVs and wanted to give Android a try. This model is everything I could want and more. Perfect screen quality and clear and amazing sound!

Using my cable box with it so not using the streaming capabilities but disappointed that no app available for xfinity or apple TV. Different from a TCL Roku TV I own which has both apps pre-loaded. Wish I knew this before I bought it, I would have gone with a TCL.

Smart, 4k tv with google built it. 2 down falls, glare from windows are bad and the light around the edges are brighter than the center. But for the price it is great for a basement tv!

The only issue is that the remote sensing sometimes freezes up. We looked online and apparently it is an issue that is there with all of the HiSense products and they are working on it. The fix is really easy: unplug the TV and re-plug it in and it is fixed. Its an annoyance though!!
