The screen is nice and bright, but you'll have to make sure to select the picture quality setting that's best for you. The Android software is crap overall and runs a bit slow at times, which causes me to have to do a hard reboot for it to act right again. Things could be better, but that would definitely cost more than the $275 that I paid for it. The free delivery is a nice added bonus. I think I'll keep it in the bedroom since I don't watch tv in there that often. I would recommend this model for the kids or the family room.

Please perform a factory reset on the television by going to Settings>Device Preferences>Reset. The television will then shut off and after coming back on will prompt you to set up the TV like when it was just out of box. Support is as useless as you can imagine, stating that it's over 1 year of included warranty. The tv will turn on and loads up then just shuts off. They say they can't fix via firmware because it needs to be on. So basically they gave up and just say to suck it up.

After two years of teenage use with hours of gaming, this TV took a dump. There is no RESET button on the TV. One day, we had a red flashing light. We tried resetting the TV by unplugging for minutes, even hours. YouTube and Google was our tools to try to figure out how to reset the TV. Nothing worked. Had to call Geek SQuad. We'll see if it is repairable.
