The picture is great, and you can't beat the sound. But the software/firmware is slow and buggy. I've had to do a hard reset on this thing multiple times since I got it. That cures the problem. For a while. The operating system package just isn't close to being ready for prime time. I hope they fix this with a future firmware upgrade.

Please perform a factory reset on the television by going to Settings>Device Preferences>Reset. The television will then shut off and after coming back on will prompt you to set up the TV like when it was just out of box.
