    We initially loved this TV, but started having problems with the remote can’t get the TV to turn on or off at times, or we have to wait several minutes in between pushing buttons to get to the next step of watching a program we’ve replaced several batteries but nothing works

    All I was looking for. For this price it has all the features I needed. Sometimes I have to unplug then plug it back for full functionality. But only my Sony and Samsung I haven't had to do that. I literally own 7 flats. This is the third best out of 5 names. I love this tv and now trust hisense.

    The display on the TV is good but I have constant issues with it freezing or just overall moving slow. There are too many times that I have had to unplug the tv to get it to reset. I like the androidtv but this device seems to slow to run it effectively.

    Great price if on sale But you get what you pay for, wifi singal for streaming drops ( its the tv ) it freezes after awhile of use and you have to restart tv , ive had to unplug it twice because shutting it on and off with the remote did not work . cant really tell its 4k Wouldt purchase again ... but its past the return date

Please perform a factory reset on the unit. A factory reset can be done by going to Settings>Device Preferences>Reset. The television will then shut off and after coming back on will prompt you to set up the TV like when it was just out of box.     So far so good with this TV. I am still learning some features as this is my first Smart TV. I like how it works well with Android. The prior models were Roku which per reviews sounded like a problem. Getting in on the model introductory price was a nice bonus.

    I bought this tv after my Samsung TV won't turn on any more. I am very satisfied with it. The only drawback is, when using the apps some times you have to pause the movie or show for a second for it to catch up. I have it connected via wifi so it could just be my wifi.
