    Ok tv, I didn’t expect it to be as good as like a Samsung. But it restarts out of nowhere, and I have to delete apps cause the memory or whatever is full twice a week and I only added 1 app. Slow processing actions and picture quality is ok

    There are a lot of great features like Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, and Youtube built right in, so we could get rid of our Roku. The non-glare surface of the screen is great, much better than our old TV which needed black out curtains in the room.

    This TV is awful, I'm already in the market for a new one less than 4 months after buying it. It's like the TV can't actually support the android platform it runs on. It is consistently slow and often freezes completely. The apps are sometimes unusable and will get stuck in a loop of playing the same 3 seconds of a show. Even trying to turn the volume up or mute is too much to ask and will cause the whole thing to freeze. If you cast from a desktop, everything is smooth and works fine, which tells me it's the operating system. The hardware seems fine, the software is awful. Not worth the trouble it was to carry it into my house.

    Its a great tv you can connect it to your android devices and connect it with it. If i dont have my control I can use my phone or tablet! This tv is great for android users and let's you download many fun and cool apps. Works wonders!

    At times I have to go back to setting and of course it then connects back to my WiFi. Also while watching try to turn down sound or change channel and system I not responding have to unplug. The picture is great and the price was great

Please perform a factory reset on the television by going to Settings>Device Preferences>Reset. The television will then shut off and after coming back on will prompt you to set up the TV like when it was just out of box.     Great tv i love it its a smart big 4k tv it does the most voice assistance and all i would recommend anybody getting a new tv to go to best buy for one plus it also has other feathers more feathers u can use voice remote for it

    I bought this amazing television after I was turned away from another local store in Dover. It turned out to be an amazing “find” and I’m still so very happy with my purchase!!! This television has been all I’ve needed it to be!

    This is the worst TV I have ever bought from Best Buy. When I first bought it the TV was fine until a month later the volume was going up and down on its own. I have to consistently adjust the volume I had bought geek squad warranty for 5 years they came they couldn't fix it and they advised me to contact Hisense warranty because they do not cover the first year. Dealing with Hisense warranty department was a real problem they could not fix it neither so now I'm left with a huge TV with volume distortion. My advise to you shoppers do not buy Hisense !!!!!! if you do want any headaches.

    TV works pretty good overall. One thing I dislike is because it runs on Android software, it tends to run slow and will often run out of memory so apps need to be deleted. However, when it's running at normal speed it's a pretty good tv.

    I suppose the TV works well enough, but since the TV and remote don't seem to communicate but every third time I press a button on the remote, I've grown quite frustrated and disappointed with the product.

    Absolute Trash Out of the Box

    Interface was incredibly laggy out of the box. Ended up plugging in a Roku just to have a useable "smart" TV. Eventually it got stuck in a full memory boot loop after just under 2 years of use, and became completely unusable due to the fact that there are no physical buttons (aside from the power button) to perform a manual factory reset. Thank God I purchased a 2yr protection plan or I'd have been out of luck. Do not purchase Hisense TV's

    Tv looks good and when it's working I love it. The fact the android tv built in is of such poor specs I stopped using it. Paired with the fact I have to hard reboot the tv every so often I realize why this is a budget tv.
