    Great value and the setup was super easy. Only problem I’ve had is mirroring my Peloton to the tv. I was able to add the app directly on the tv, so problem solved for me. May be the best value out there!

    I had this tv a total of 2yrs and it went out. My mom had the same tv at least she got 4 yrs out of hers.

    So far I am very happy with my purchase of the Hisense TV. Never heard of it before but was willing to take a chance with the price and fast and free shipping with BestBuy! You can't go wrong!

    This television is awesome. The sound quality isn't so great BUT I have a soundbar and speakers that were extremely easy to hook up to the television, so it's perfect.

    My last television was a Hisense that came from Best Buy and it lasted 10 yrs so I went back to Best Buy and purchased another and I have not been disappointed.Great TV!

    The WiFi connection was absolutely horrible. I had to toggle the “WiFi On” button over and over and over because it would constantly turn off on its’ own! Tv has an extremely slow response time. If using just to connect gaming consoles, the picture quality is fantastic and has a gaming picture screen mode. In the end, I ended up returning the tv.

    I picked tv up and got home it turned out to be damaged. I returned the next day and they made it super easy for me to switch television out. Best buy best service

    This is our 4th Hisense TV (3-55" and 1-32") and the next one will be a larger Hisence. They have proven themselves to me. Best Buy delivery was perfect.

    I liked this television at first but we started having issues with it turning on shortly after purchase. Within a year, the picture is going out and goes to black part way through a show.

    So far we love this tv. We have noticed that sometimes it will count down from 30 and turn its self off but we are not sure why. Otherwise it is great.

    the tv I purchased does have year warranty just found it odd the return policy is only 14 days to the store guess things have changed from the 30 day return policy

    Had to bring this one back. Sound quality not so good had issues with sound going in and out. Maybe I got the dreaded "lemon". I know others with Hisense tvs who haven't had my issues.

    I never knew a TV could run out of storage space... we only stream on Netflix and Hulu, yet it says we’ve ran out of storage. It’s not constant, but honestly it just seems to bog down the system.

The storage can be expanded using a USB flash drive. Please perform a factory reset on the television by going to Settings>Device Preferences>Reset. The television will then shut off and after coming back on will prompt you to set up the TV like when it was just out of box.     Was a replacement through warranty, no longer has my original make and model in stock. Picture quality leaves something to be desired. TV freezes and has to be unplugged to fix the issue.

    Nice size for the money but I have seen some glitches with this tv. It is in a spare room so it is not a big issue. I would not buy this brand for my main tv room.
