Please do not get it , the wifi disconnects, the apps freeze i literally have to unplug it and plug it back . I rarely watch it because it sucks just that bad. Seriously , don’t get it.. i will say the picture is great once it does work tho oh yea and the sound does it’s own thing

We opened up our first one and there was a huge crack down the screen and along the side. We had to exchange it for a new one. This TV constantly flashes and adjusts while playing video games, the resolution changes. While watching TV, the genre will flash in the right hand corner of the screen every 10 minutes or so. I’ve done research online and Hisense needs to do a firmware update. It sounds like this model has a lot of problems.

Once it's on, it works great, aside from the picture quality randomly changing. Updates tender it inoperable and low storage pop ups while watching shows.
