Glitchy picture

Please perform a factory reset on the television by going to Settings>Device Preferences>Reset. The television will then shut off and after coming back on will prompt you to set up the TV like when it was just out of box. Hot garbage

I can't even go to settings to factory reset. Hisense is trash don't ever buy, yea its cheap with good features but cheap is cheap.

You definitely get what you pay for

I have had to factory reset the tv multiple times just to get the apps on the tv to actually load. After the reset it starts to work again but its annoying to have to keep doing it every couple of days and have to go through the whole setup process and sign back into everything. You definitely get what you pay for in this product
