    My recent TV purchase was not the best. The service provided by Best Buy was good however the TV it self is horrible! The picture constantly messes up and I have to unplug, wait 10 seconds and plug back in to reset. I have to do this because the tv periodically freezes. I would not recommend this tv.

    Worst television ever made

    I bought this tv in August of 2020. It stopped working entirely in October, so people came to replace it with the same model. Today, less than two months later, the replacement just turned to black and is now completely broken. When it was working, the lag time was so painful. When I would watch Hulu, I'd have to fast forward, stop, fast forward, stop, fast forward, stop in order to get the audio to sync. I am never buying a Hisense again. I am going to have fun smashing this one though.

    Disconnects from WiFi quite a bit. Have to do a full reset of the tv because it won’t allow you to get into the apps sometimes like Netflix. Has a nice picture and sound but that’s about it.

    horrible quality. I couldn't pass up the sale on this but you get what you pay for and I am paying for the fact that this is the first time I haven't ever bought a Sony or LG, etc. I have a very powerful modem right next to this tv but from day one we've had issues with speed, reliability, overall just connectivity issues only to this device. started off really slow, progressively got worse, now tv won't even turn on. all in span of less than 12-months to the date, 1yr from purchase date and it won't even turn on now. never buying this brand again, don't care how cheap the price is. u get what you pay for.

    We actually had two of these. The first failed the second day we had it. It turned on initially but the screen went dark and the tv would do nothing. It was returned to Best Buy for another tv. The second worked well at first but then started acting up. Sometimes it would turn itself on, sometimes it would take several minutes before it came on. Finally it would not come on at all. It was returned to Best Buy and I purchased a Toshiba.

    Chromecast doesn’t work

    It’s been a few months I’ve had this TV and I am still struggling with casting. Chromecast doesn’t work at times. I had the TV set up in my google home app but once I accidentally removed it and I cannot get it back now.

    Worst TV I have ever purchased. When you push a button on the remote, you have to wait seconds for response. Can but keep connection while my PS4 has no issues while watching the same video at the same time. Not worth the value at any cost. Former major elections firm manager for this department: run. The issues are with firmware and constant updates which do nothing to enhance the viewers experience.

    These TVs are not good. The Apps like Hulu, Netflixs etc.always freeze. And I have to unplug the tv, and restart everything. I wish i could take them back, but it has been to long. Splurge on a better product.

    I tried everything and couldn't tweak the settings to achieve a good enough picture quality. Picture wasn't crisp and colors were washed out unless sitting dead center. Took it back and got an LG Nano. Much better!

    Probably the worst TV I have ever owned. Colors and functions were fine, but it randomly reboots itself during movies or TV shows. Gets stuck and I have to unplug and reboot it. Try to select different apps and is unresponsive. Then, after 10-15 seconds, it catches up and jumps ahead. If I pause playback for longer than about 1 minute, it times out and gives an error that Google crashed and I have to restart from the home screen. Absolutely horrible choice. First and LAST time I ever buy Hisense. This choice made NO sense!

    I purchase this TV one week ago and I returned it twice. The first time the tv wouldn't connect to the internet and I could not connect it to my stereo. The second time I was watching a movie and the tv shut down, and the remote control would not work. There is no power button on tv, so I had to unplug it, replug it in and it came back on. Yes I said no power button on the 55 Hisense 55H6570G. Now I have no tv. on top of that Best Buy refused to give me all my money back. Never again!

    Decent television with okay picture. The functionality has been a nightmare though. Lags a lot, randomly restarts itself and struggles to stay connected to the wifi. I would not purchase again.

    We returned it simply because it blacked out during streaming a few times. It was always delayed a few times when we powered it up. I’ll say stay away and go with a more sure shot.

    Absolutely the worst experience I've ever had with a TV. Sometimes it won't turn on. Other times it won't detect the HDMI input so I have to switch which input my cable is plugged into. It doesn't support being able to turn it off with Google Assistant speakers. The most basic functions are broken. It's absolutely incredible.

    Buying Hisense was an error

    Worked fine until this week. The update loop rendered tv useless. it asks for update, then goes into download and installs then reboots only to go back to the "update" screen. It's an endless update loop. Why would hisense even let a product like this in the market. Won't buy another hisense ever again.

    Do not waste your time, or your money!

    19 months after purchase, which is 7 months after warranty ended, it died. It will not come on. No sound, no picture. The online support rep had me try a few things of unplug for 60 seconds, then a few minutes. The light around the power button on the bottom will glow red for a few seconds, then go off for a few seconds. He said a board probably went out. Until it quit last night, it would have been 5 stars.
