    No protection plan for TV’s please

    I bought this TV with geek squad protection plan, sadly I had to move and screen was damaged during moving I took it back to them, and the protection plan didn’t work. So my question was when I bought the tv I wasn’t told screen repair won’t be done when it happens. I am just mad because I couldn’t fix my tv or use my protection plan. How messed up was that.!!

    Slow and keeps having a black screen. Also keeps shutting off and apps drag. i would not recommend.

    Worst tv I’ve ever owned. Freezes all the time and has to be unplugged, sound randomly goes out lags all the time and Bluetooth and google (the main reason I chose it) never work. I should have known by the price it would be a problem but I have cheaper TVs that don’t have any problems. I’d recommend avoiding it at all cost.

    Good picture bud freezes constantly every time trying to use Hulu. Netflix no longer will load.

Please perform a factory reset on the television by going to Settings>Device Preferences>Reset. The television will then shut off and after coming back on will prompt you to set up the TV like when it was just out of box.     We bought this TV for our master bedroom it was on sale a good price it's got pretty good reviews but come to find out once we got it home it reboots all the time it locks up sometimes it does a master reset or it loses all programming and it blue screens. This TV I would not recommend to anyone maybe I just got a bad one I don't know. Will call the geek squad we bought the extended warranty will see what happens.

    Cheap and will not last

    I bought this in September 2020 and it died last night. The Android TV was slow and froze during streaming 9 out of 10 times. We used a fire stick to get past this but it's problems started shortly after its first year which required power cycling. Now it's dead and I will not buy another Hisense again. WASTE OF MONEY, DO NOT BUY!!

    Had this tv for a while now and it’s always been trouble. Turns off by itself, freezes, date constantly changes on its own, sound isn’t the best his overall I will never buy this or probably this brand again. Too much of a hassle to take it back when I first bought it. Really wish I would have.,

    I bought the TV on Sept 6, 2020. Today, Dec 18, 2020, TV wouldn't turn on. TV is still plugged in the power strip. Rest of the devices have power. The remote control isn't the issue because it wouldn't turn on even with the power button the tv. I spent hours trying to call beat buy who just directed me to Hisense. I was on hold to Hisense for a long time and then the call just dropped.

    Picture tube must be bad. When I change channels it goes black. Sometimes it comes back on in a minute or two.

    I am so disappointed with this TV. It constantly restarts while viewing. It freezes and has to be unplugged to restart. Some days I have to unplug to turn it on. I have several Hisense Smart TV in my home and this one is by far the worst. Worst purchase I have ever made. Also I have only a few apps downloaded like Hulu and it is always saying I need to remove apps.

    I would give 0 stars if I were able to. I barely used this tv and within the first month of owning it it stopped powering on. It’s got power and the standby light on but neither the remote or power button on device would turn it on. What a waste of money as it’s no longer returnable. Do not buy!

    Dead after less than 2 years

    Bought this TV in July of 2020 so it is less than 2 years old. Today it died. Won’t power on at all and from research I have done it looks like the power board is dead. Very disappointing. I know it’s a cheap tv but I would expect it to at least last more than 20 months.

    didnt even last the whole year a update popped up that couldnt be skipped , it failed and bricked the tv. then the best buy site cant pull up my reciept for the tv even tho i have all the emails and links from them still. so no idea how to get a waranty fix with no reciept do not buy

    I often have to unplug it front the wall to reset whatever software problem it's having. On average I have to unplug it at least once every couple week. Never had this problem with a Samsung or Sony.

    This store sucks. I only buy here because the items were not on sale anywhere else. They will delays all your items and it will take longer than if you ordered shipping. Low level standard store. I try to avoid at all costs.

    WorSt tv I've ever owned....always shuts off and restarts...tech came out and replaced a board and that didn't fix it...apps just shut off....Hulu seems the worst.....run from this TV....I'd like a refund

    It was a good tv until 3 months later I got a single dead pixel and the manufacture said it was not a problem. A dead pixel is a problem because it ruins the whole watching experience. Never again am I buying a Hisense tv.

Occasionally, a few non-active pixels may appear on the screen as a fixed black, blue, green, or red point.
