    Incredibly slow...

    There is no way this TV is rated 4-stars. Sluggish is an understatement. It takes several minutes to get the TV actually going once you turn it on. It reminds me of using dial-up internet growing up. The only upside is that it has prevented me from watching TV at times as I know I'll just get frustrated with it, which I guess is probably healthier for me anyway.

    it has a built in chrome cast but unfortunately you can not connect with google home and control it through your smart speakers

    Buyer beware!

    TV broke in less than 2 years with less than 4 hours a day of usage. Called Hisense and was told a long winded version of "sorry not our problem". Interface was laggy or not responsive half the time before it died. Picture was good though.

    It's like a crummy old android tablet

    Sluggish, freezes up, needs to be rebooted every couple of days.... What a mistake this purchase was. My experiences with HiSense TVs (2 so far) have not been good.

      Hello Hisense Customer, Thank you for your interest in the 55H6570G. We sincerely apologize for the issue you are having with your television freezing up. Please perform a factory reset on the television by going to Settings>Device Preferences>Reset. The television will then shut off and after coming back on will prompt you to set up the TV like when it was just out of box.
