It takes several minutes to get the TV actually going once you turn it on. It reminds me of using dial-up internet growing up. The only upside is that it has prevented me from watching TV at times as I know I'll just get frustrated with it, which I guess is probably healthier for me anyway.

Called Hisense and was told a long winded version of "sorry not our problem". Interface was laggy or not responsive half the time before it died. Picture was good though.

It's like a crummy old android tablet

Posted .Hello Hisense Customer, Thank you for your interest in the 55H6570G. We sincerely apologize for the issue you are having with your television freezing up. Please perform a factory reset on the television by going to Settings>Device Preferences>Reset. The television will then shut off and after coming back on will prompt you to set up the TV like when it was just out of box.
