    Picture is great. Sound is great. But too much buffering and too many connection issues to warrant a higher rating. It’s good enough, but you get what you pay for. I wish I would have spent more on something else.

    This tv is garbage do not buy it. The volume on the tv cuts up and down by itself. The reaction time from when you press a button to when the tv reacts is very delayed. Good picture.

    This tv is bigger than the one we use to have and it is so much clearer without it looking pixelated unless it's on channels that is under 1080p. And the volume on this tv is much louder than the old one, definitely a plus! Definitely would buy again.

    This is my 2nd purchase of this TV. I bought one a few years back, It faced the wrath of my Toddler. Picture is very nice for the price. Sound is not too shabby either. Only fault I would admit to is the screen won't hold up to physical damage quite as nice as pricier Brands.

    Bought this tv to hang up in a conference room for employees to cast their laptops for work purposes. Works good for that I just wish the TV booted up quicker when turned on. Also there seems to be updates every few days that are annoying. I cant complain more than that because I got it for a steal on cyber Monday. Good for the price it was.

    Not a very big fan of the OS, the tv would shut of randomly, sometimes it wouldn’t connect to the wifi, and a lot of the times the remote wouldn’t work, I just got rid of the tv

    This was a Christmas gift urchased for mom for easier viewing vs the smaller tv she had in her bedroom. She loves it! Set up was straight forward. I also linked it to Fire TV so she can operate it by voice which is easier for her than the remote control.

    Is this in BETA? Android operating system is clunky, freezes and requires a hard (unplug, wait and plug back in) reset. remote regularly freezes. sound is uneven - it will suddenly increase in volume. Switching between functions(i.e. Hulu to Netflix) can take minutes. Several streaming apps are unavailable as well. Returning it today.

Please perform a factory reset on the television by going to Settings>Device Preferences>Reset. The television will then shut off and after coming back on will prompt you to set up the TV like when it was just out of the box.     It’s a nice, basic tv. Construction feels flimsy so be careful when managing it. The image quality is what one expect from a tv in that price range. The viewing angle is very limited, you have to sit almost right in front of it not to lose image quality. I installed it on the wall in a bedroom so it’s not a primary tv.

    Had it a year and the board went out. Had it repaired using warranty. Worked another year and went out again. Very unreliable set.

    This is truly an amazing TV for the price. A crisp, clear picture and the sound really blows you away. I was hesitant at first as I’ve never heard of the brand Hisese before but glad I made the purchase. I had it setup within five minutes out of the box.

    At first the TV was working great but over time it has become very slow. I constantly have to delete or clear out all the data from the couple apps I installed. I only installed the basic HULU, Netflix, ect and for some reason the TV is always full. Apps like YouTube won't load at all and yes I've checked my internet connection and it works perfectly. I will then have to completely unplug the TV to get it working again. When I do that it'll take at least 10 minutes to load back up if it doesn't want me to factory reset it. Constant problems with it from day 1.
