It keep freezing the tv on me when I watching YouTube Channel. My remote doesn't seem to turn off or on. Cannot switch channel. I have to unplug the power cable and plug in on to make it work to turn on the tv. This is the first time I bought this China TV and never again Why are Hisense making customer mad when you don't do quality check when you put it on the market. See YouTube on Hisense TV Freeze This is bad for people who wall mount the Big 65 TV on the wall and hang to take it out to unplug and replug every time it freeze

Awesome service

Shipped fast with Best Buy and carriers were very professional. No complaints at all. Couldn’t be happier with tv. Picture is great with movies as well as gaming on PS4 Pro. Will be buying my next set the same way.

Please perform a factory reset on the television by going to Settings>Device Preferences>Reset. The television will then shut off and after coming back on will prompt you to set up the TV like when it was just out of box. The buttons don’t always respond easily and you have to push them several times. I have the Roku version of this tv and I like the android operating system better than the Roku.

The volume is excellent, I have a Samsung tv and the volume is not that loud, this Hisense TV beat it. I love the tv remote and is easy to use. I really recommend this TV.

I put my Apple TV and looks amazing. Added a cable wireless receiver and picture it’s good. Glad I purchased it.

The sound is good, the picture is great but everytime we stream it pauses every few seconds. It only happens to that particular TV. It is very frustrating.

Good Price- Hisense Class H6510G

Sometimes the brightness would adjust without prompt, but the TV was mostly good quality for the price.

Worth the money

Really good quality for the price and has all apps available. The remote control is old-style and rather big, but no complaints other than that.

I have a shield Tv in the living room so the smart tv interface is perfect. Picture quality and sound are great. Time will tell how long it lasts but so far so good.

I got this on sale during holiday deals, so I didn't expect much. Screen flickers in and out while trying to play games in HDR, so I don't get to enjoy that feature. Audio is already starting to develop a crackle sound as if I have been thumping music on it non-stop since I got it. Will probably have to get a sound bar. That aside, it does have a good picture quality (when not using HDR) and seamless functionality with streaming services. Lots of picture customization options to tweak to your preference.

Good display quality, slow software

The biggest issue is the laggy operating system. Remember slow computers in 2010? Kind of like that. It's not unusably slow and once things are loaded into (what I assume to be) RAM they work fine but as you play around with different features like Google Assistant, you'll definitely notice the sluggishness. Also screen is glossy, not matte. That makes it more glare-prone. Good value but probably best to tide you over until you save up for a better one.

Literally every other time it is used! The sound will still be playing but the picture stays frozen for anywhere from 15s-1m... multiple times in one sitting! When it isn't delayed/frozen, the picture is nice... but by then I don't even care because I'm already so ticked off!

The only issue I had was I had to load this TV myself due to the TV not being able to fit inside my vehicle with a box. Best Buy needs better rules for handling items hard to load in vehicles

Good tv, bad screen

But, my deal breaker is the display. I see a grayish cloudy spots around the border of the tv. It is very prominent when the screen displays white colour. It will not look good when gaming for sure. Going to return it for refund cause there this model is out of stock!

Hisense TV - Great Value but Delivery Problems

The sales consultant was very helpful and the only problem was the delivery reschedules. We had to wait quite a bit longer than originally promised to get our new TV.

SHe absolutely loves it, it's super easy for her to navigate and she loves the smart capabilities of it. She isn't tech savy and even she hasnt had any issues.

I've gone through the menu to adjust the volume and it doesn't seem to stay. I like to play around with base but I don't seem to be able to have that option. No other problems.
