Works when it wants decent pictures quality freezes on normal operations hit or miss

The clarity in the picture is amazing!!! The timer for automatic turn off is a much needed perk. The comparison to other top name brands makes it a tough choice. I love it!!!

Good quality and super cheap price for a good TV that is 4k and HD. There was a delay on the delivery, but I didn't had to go to the store for a pick up.

Crisp picture, great color and great darks. The sync with android phone and Google accounts makes interaction really easy. Love the ability to use Google voice commands.

Got this for black Friday! Lets you add apps so that's a great feature, allows you to cast your phone on to the TV. Picture is great gonna go great in our backyard patio!

Do not purchase this television. It will not hold connection to WiFi, while other televisions are able to and are further away from router than this television. Hisense has no customer support. Update: 2 years in and the television won’t gain internet connection at all (other televisions not having problems).

My Tv is the best and so easy to set up haven't really had any problems at all and enjoy the fact that I could just push the home button and go to any app I want

I suppose you get what you pay for … I bought this TV on Black Friday for $250 and it’s not all that great. The quality of the picture is subpar. The volume is a hit or miss with certain movies/TV-shows. The google assistant/timer shut off feature doesn’t work. For a month, the TV didn’t turn on half the time and we kept having to reset/replug. It’s pretty annoying. This is our second Hisense TV with no issues, so we were surprised at the poor quality of this one.

This is the 2nd Hisense 4K in our house. These TVs are great! This particular TV has amazing sound! Best Buy's delivery was was right on time and arrived perfectly.

Extreme value for the price. It’s not as good as my LG OLED but it’s really really good for the cost. The smart features are just ok but the picture is great.

Excellent Smart TV! Easy to use, has just about every app you can think of. The higher fidelity video options are great too! Such as Dolby Vision and HDR10!

The picture quality is not what I thought it would be. I have other brand LED 4k tv with way better picture quality. However I have played around with the picture settings to kind of make it look better.

Better purchase than the LG tv I bought. I love how you can change apps and instantly go onto your favorite things and it works with my iPhone even though it’s an android. Worth the money and quality

Perfect tv for the price. Clear, great picture. Very easy to set up. All apps that I use were preinstalled so cable and fire sticks are not necessary.

Got this on black Friday. Was 40% off. I don't care if it is an off brand. The TV has a great picture with all the options I would get on a brand name tv.
