    TV freezes and need manual reboots constantly

    I feel like I was tricked buying this. It has great reviews and a great price for the size so I bought this immediately. The problem I have is every 1-2 weeks I have to unplug it and replug it to get it to work. The screen becomes dark and the remote refuses to work and the video stops playing and the only way to get it to work is to get behind my entertainment center and do a replug. I don't know if this is something that my warranty can fix or if it's just a bad product. I wouldn't recommend this product especially if you have a big entertainment center and the plug is hard to get to. It's a huge pain trying to manually reboot this thing.

    Cheap 4K TV. The bigger issue that I have is response from remote control is flaky. In. order to control TV I have to be not far as 8''. Forget about using remote from more than 12 feet away!

    This TV lasted under 2 years. The issue to which i had to replace it was a loss of video, and basically the complete loss of function. Previous to its demise, this TV was nothing short of mediocre. The UI was janky and SUPER laggy. Sometimes you would make a selection only to wait upwards of 15 seconds for a response from the TV. This, and many other small yet noticeable issues will keep me from buying ANY Hisense products in the future. "Buy it nice, or buy it twice".... What a perfect example.

    Bought this for the bedroom because I like to watch Netflix and Amazon as I fall asleep. However, this is even better than i had needed and i have even moved a gaming system to this TV to finish game missions before bed.

    Bought this on a Black Friday sale and I will say you get what you paid for. TV turns off randomly.. also turns on randomly!!!! Interface is terrible and inconsistent. If your watching a movie it will go ahead and update apps and cycle the tv 3 times for you because it’s so thoughtful. Can’t be mad at the price we paid. We had this in our bedroom from November until may when my wife tapped out and gave me the green light to buy anything I wanted to just to get rid of this tv. Went with the lg oled cx and again we got what we paid for, never had a better tv than that one and my wife loves the interface.

    It was cheap 200 bucks friday sale but I'm not in love with the television. The quality of the 4k was great but compared to my other tvs some of the features are not as great over all im satisfied since it was a cheap purchase

    Tv has to be factory reset every week. This is because the screen will go black and the remote won’t do anything and the power button on the tv itself also will not turn it back on. The past two weeks I’ve also been dealing with it putting itself into a store mode which is a constant loop of commercials, it’s a pain and takes too long to get it back into home mode. Generally the Tv is slow, sometimes worse than others but nothing to gripe about, when it works it is good but it has a lot of usability issues. I just bought mine in November and it has a 1 year warranty so I’m going to keep my eye on it.

    OK, it sucks, honestly at full price

    As a monitor it is OK. as a TV it sucks, the Android imagery is blurry. I have seen the ROKU version of this TV and the image was great. Also as a monitor - the viewing angles suck, you have to sit 6 feet away but that negates the reason you are buying this 55" TV as a monitor. For less strain on your eyes !!! so you have to sway back and forth for ultimate vision. it is not bad but sucks compared to an IPS panel based TV like LG. Also I had to hook up my external Chromecast to get decent video from Netflix, what a joke! now I need to buy a 4k chromecast. only worth buying if you get it for less than two hundred bucks.
