    The picture is OK for a 4K, so even at its price point I would have to say wait for a sale like I did. Nice for a casual TV in a less important room, but for a main TV, there are far better options.

    Started giving me problems pretty quickly. Terrible storage space for all the streaming services we actually want to use instead of the pre-downloaded ones I can’t get rid of to maximize storage space.

    HORRIBLE KNOWN ISSUE "Connected-No Internet"

    I'm beyond frustrated with this TV. I'd like to start by indicating that I'm an IT Consultant and very resourceful when it comes to troubleshooting issues. My TV was delivered on 2/17/21. Super quick setup on my own and loved it for a month. All of a sudden I began receiving the "Connected/No Internet" Error. After a great deal of research, I learned it is a KNOWN ISSUE with many sources on the internet to fix. 1) Unplug from the wall for 2 minutes 2) Reset Router 3) Factory Reset the Television There are others...... like ensuring the clock was synched with the internet .. etc. I have tried all of them at least twice. What I find extremely odd are the following... 1) When plugging in the Roku and changing the Input, I have no internet issues using the Roku 2) When plugging in my Firestick and changing the Inputs I have no issues using the Firestick 3) When my TV goes into screensaver mode, the clock has the correct internet time. 4) I also own the Hisense - 75" Class H6510G Series LED 4K UHD Smart Android TV Model:75H6510G that was delivered in Jan. 2021 and I have NO ISSUES. that's why I purchased this 55 inch TV a month later. I still think my 75" is great. Of course, I'm not able to return my TV it's past the return date. The 4th time I conducted a Factory Reset, I was able to get the internet reconnected again using my Google Home app on my Andriod Phone (Which I did the first time I configured the TV. 2nd & 3rd time I received an error). Unfortunately, that fix only lasted almost exactly 24 hrs. I was watching an App today 3/25, all of a sudden it diverted back to the home page. When I hit the remote, I got the error again... No Internet. When navigating back to the wifi setting, I updated to "forget" to reconnect .. once again... "Connected/No Internet" !!!!

    Never heard of the brand before but upon using it for a couple of months I’ve had no complication’s with connections over wifi out with any device I’ve hooked up to it!! Overall a solid 10/10

    Hi, I returned the TV. The Tv did not work at all. I'm waiting for a replacement. The delivery date is a wait Jan 13, This is a busy time. What a deal! $199. Nobody has beaten the price yet

    Was easy to shop selection was minamal unless you wanted higher priced models but it was Christmas time. Staff was very helpful in locating model I wanted and even loaded it into my vehicle! I would recommend Best Buy to my friends

    TV power supply went out after a year but had geek squad so worked out great for us. Prior to that tv was GREAT! Always get geek squad protection!

    This TV was bought to upgrade my wife's grandfathers older non 4K flat screen. While I don't personally use this TV, he seems to really like it. The screen quality and features are very nice for the price.

    I’ve had it 3 months and it does a poor job with Hulu live. Dies and reboots like an old computer. Other apps seem to be fine.

    The TV itself is great but I'm wondering why I have a model in the settings I can't find online nor can I find the model number that's on the back. 3 model numbers total and none are the one I supposedly bought.

    Quality is ok but the Value is good especially on Black Friday. I’m using this on my patio so if it give out in a year or two due to humidity I won’t be heartbroken.

    The young man who delivered the TV brought it right in and put it where I asked him. He was very careful, very pleasant and wore a mask. I would not hesitate to have something else delivered again by Best Buy!

    The screen quality is very poor. It don't look like 4k uhd tv at all. In addition the tv is very slow it need more RAM or a better processor to run great .

    I bought this TV because it had all the features I was looking for and for the price , it had pretty good reviews. TV randomly turns on. Some other times it will not turn on unless I unplug and reset. I thought it was probably my item, but a friend bought the same TV and had the same issues. I would have rather pay a little more for another TV. I missed the exchange/return period.
