    Absolute garbage. Don't know if it was a faulty model or all of these TVs are this bad. Color was off. No matter how much I adjusted the settings, I could not get the colors to look "normal". It's as if I was watching TV through an Instagram filter. Also remote control response was terrible. There was at least a 1 second lag after pressing the button.

    I absolutely love this TV it’s only ten inches smaller than my Samsung in my living and I totally wish I would have bought this brand instead because you can do so much more

    Great selection of t.v. viewing. My rent includes basic cable and with all the extras I plan to cancel extended cable with a better selection of programs for a cheaper price.

    Would not recommend. Purchased in November and for the last month it shuts off and won’t turn back on, fast forward/rewind or pause has a huge delay, Netflix won’t load anymore, navigating the apps is delayed. We constantly have to unplug and plug it back in and even then it doesn’t work all the time. Wish I could get a refund!!

    Pretty awesome affordable TV with a lot of high-end features such as Dolby. Just use a Google TV w Chromecast or NVIDIA Shield for a better Android TV experience.

    Best buy was great as far as delivery and swapping out my first purchase but as far as the hisense android tv goes. It sucks. It freezes all the time and I have to restart it atleast every couple days. Very slow. Not happy with it at all. Best buy did pretty good Though just wish they had a longer exchange policy

    Having Google Assistant built in is great. Picture quality is what you would expect from a budget 4k tv. Blacks are not so great. but again...budget 4k.

    Great for my 3yr old. All his favorite programs one 1 tv. Love goggle asst. Son loves to turn off the tv by saying "tv off" when it's time for bed.

    Bluetooth and reboots

    Bluetooth won't stay connected, will connect then disconnect 20 minutes later, if it connects at all. TV will reboot for no reason and it's not my internet, I will be on my Chromebook and it is working just fine. It also is slow to respond to remote commands. I guess you get what you pay for.
