    For the price i can’t complain. It will freeze often and i have to unplug the tv to get it to reboot

      Hello Brady, Thank you for your interest in the 55H6510G. We sincerely apologize for the issue you are having with your television freezing up. Please perform a factory reset on the television by going to Settings>Device Preferences>Reset. The television will then shut off and after coming back on will prompt you to set up the TV like when it was just out of box.     I purchased this television and it hasn’t lasted 60 days without giving me a migraine! It works when it wants to and I have purchased two remotes thinking that they were the problem. I have been a loyal HiSense customer for literally about ten years. They just lost me! I AM LIVID!!!!

    The added feature of Dolby Vision makes this tv a great buy, I love watching movies on here whether it's on a 4k disc or streaming.

    When we first got this tv it worked ok. Nothing too exciting but got it during Black Friday sale. We noticed that there was a delay in reaction time with the buttons. Some of the apps don’t work. You get what you pay for clearly. I would not recommend this tv to anyone.

    The TV likes to restart itself or it just turns itself off randomly as we’re watching shows or movies. It also shows a blank screen but sound is playing whenever we start anything on Hulu or Netflix, we have to pause it every time and then click play again so that the show/movie actually shows and isn’t just sound. Totally not worth it!

    For the price, this is a 5 star TV. Dolby Vision, HDR10, Smooth OS. More expensive sets were rated lower than this set on Rtings.co

    worked for only a year then wouldn't turn on. got it back on for 2 months then off for good. NOwhere did the manufacturer respond to my quest for help. no reply to emails no information online to assist with the problem JUNK

    This TV has had nothing but problems since the purchase date. It crashes constantly and will not allow apps to be updated. After less than 2 years of owning, it fully crashes and now won’t turn on.

    Bought this tv in Dec. 2000. It was a decent tv at a great price until the screen no longer worked. A Geek squad tech came out and diagnosed it with a faulty panel. I would rate the picture, sound, and overall quality as average, but for a low price it was worth it.
