Great deal, decent tv

If it’s not frozen it is extremely slow or lags. The Last couple of times it froze, I had to unplug the tv! This is upsetting. Very annoying for a brand new tv!!!

Please perform a factory reset on the television by going to Settings>Device Preferences>Reset. The television will then shut off and after coming back on will prompt you to set up the TV like when it was just out of box. Avoid this tv at all cost
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Nightmare...this defines what this tv brings, 1st I brought it home, during the set up process for some reason it wouldn't take my google account, after battling I set up the tv , it was working fine until next day where it never turn on again , I exchange it for the same brand, the set up was easier this time, but suddenly while watching tv the sound drops , so you have to increase the volume to be able to hear then the volume comes back full blast , also in some point while there were no apps running and the tv was just on it start making buzzing sounds. At that point I knew it was time to return the tv, expend an extra 180 and get a well know brand tv instead of this

Waste of money

Delays in every button push. Constantly freezing up and needing to be unplugged to reset. The 4K UHD or lack there of is terrible as well. I will never purchase another tv of this Brand
