    too much ç and there are constant messages to update the operating system software the other thing that is super annoying is that the shortcuts for the apps keep showing up when all you want to do is watch cable TV...annoying and we cannot find a way to turn it off

    I hate this tv. The picture quality is awful and it constantly freezes or restarts. It has never worked properly with my cable. I regret everything about this purchase and having it wall mounted.
