Hisense-55" H6510G series LED 4K UHD

However, 5 months after purchase it started to not turn on until I reset the power strip. It would restart and be fine for a couple of weeks. Finally, on August 1, 2021, it just turned off. I have reset the power strip more than once but to no avail. I can not turn it back on manually or with a remote, and yes I have installed new batteries in the remote. I called Best Buy to only hear their automated response tell me to call them with serial # and product ID, and then just hang up on me. Sad, I expected just a little more.

constant factory resets required

Freeze TV

Slowest processor ever

Please perform a factory reset on the television by going to Settings>Device Preferences>Reset. The television will then shut off and after coming back on will prompt you to set up the TV like when it was just out of box. Horrible TV, don't buy!

It worked well for the first 2 months and then every problem known to man began to take place. Freezes, picture quality issues, slower than molasses, randomly won't turn on unless I unplug it from the wall and plug it back in. Tried using a USB stick but half the time it says it has been ejected safely (it hasn't). Save your money and buy a better TV. I would return it but now I'm past the return window and out of luck.
