    Graphics are good but the system is slow in response. I have already had to unplug and replug TV to get it to turn on. Overall I would not recommend to anyone

    Bad sound and laggy

    What drew me to the tv was the value of a larger tv with a smaller price tag. Some major things that make me second guess the purchase include significant lagging and terrible audio. Fortunately I use a sound bar that eliminates the audio element. The audio from the tv is terrible and has a weird echo, electronic sound to it in every setting. I tested without any sound bar or device connected. The good things are size and price and google smart function

    Started off good but we haven’t had it for more than 3 weeks and the tv keeps blacking out and the remote isn’t connecting. Remote buttons are loud as well.

    Stay clear off Hisense products. Save your money, buy one of the better known brands. The $50 to $100 you are thinking about saving will end of costing you a whole lot more. Whatever they are selling is garbage right out the door. Any positive ratings you see is from folks who have only used the product for the first few months. Ask them again in bout a year.

    TV is laggy in every way. It takes forever to open an app, and will sometimes start clicking random things. With certain apps it also makes the screen go completely white. Mostly hulu and youtube. Even trying to connect a fire stick to it doesn’t work as the screen also goes white with this. I regret not getting a warranty on this one.

    Horrible TV. It won't fast forward recorded shows. If you pause it it takes you all the way back to the beginning of the show/movie. I even had to cast it from my phone to fast forward through the recorded shows. Oh and I have been waiting for your team who does the tickets to take it out of delivery status for over a week now so I can get a totally different TV. Get this done ASAP!!!!

    After 13 months the TV won't turn on. The "On" light flashes, picture or sound. Called HiSense and was told it is out of warranty and it has a problem with the main board. The TV didn't even last 14 months. It's not worth repairing. I WILL NOT be replacing it with another HiSense TV. That's my guarantee. Buyer beware of HiSense TV's.

    DO NOT PURCHASE THIS TV. FORM THE DAY I PURCHASED THE TV I HAD ISSUSE WITH THE UI. WHEN I PURCHASED THE TV I BOUGHT A GEEK SQUAD PROTECTION PLAN; HOWEVER WHEN I CONTACTED GEEK SQUAD ABOUT THE ISSUSE, THEY FORCED ME TO USE THE MFG TO HANDLE THE ISSUSE AND NOT TAKE CARE OF IT THEMSLEVES. IT WAS VERY INCONVIENT AND TIME CONSUMING.
