    Disappointed with Android TV platform. Works well with pre loaded apps. But not with apps downloaded from the Google Play Store. Have been dealing with Hisense for 6 weeks, sent 2 technicians and still having problems not being able to watch shows on downloaded apps. Save your money and buy a NON Hisense TV product.

    Horrible! Don’t buy! I bought this TV almost a year ago and it turns off on its own. The TV is like a really cheap phone that stalls on me often. It has good and bad days. I have to constantly unplug it to reboot. The volume is weird, it changes with each app I use.

    Very disappointed with Best Buy! They sent me this Tv with missing part. When I contacted them, they said they will handle it right away it’s been 2 weeks and 4 calls since. Still nothing. I didn’t expect such behavior from them!

    I have had this tv since November, it is now April and the smart tv portion gave out with in a month of having. Fine. Now the tv is in a constant loop of turning on to see the Hisense logo and then turning off. Not worth the price, don’t buy this cheap product

    Good panel bad software

    Had to return it. Kept glitching out when it’d play. Would power off while watching at random. Tv panel was good but the software or computer side of it was very messed up. Everyday a new update and still it didn’t fix any of its issues. Nope! Goodbye hisense

    This tv is awful! Picture and sound comes on, but picture freezes. Maybe the remote will work, maybe it won’t. I think it has a mind of its own. I wish I could send it back! No matter how good of a deal it is, it’s not with it.

    Never buying Hisense ! If I could leave a zero I would. My TV is now non-functional only sound no screen display, and I only got this on Jan 2021, not even a year out!

    Worst TV i have ever experienced in my life. It rarely stays on for more than a couple hours. The apps constantly crash. I should've given $250 away to someone, at least it would have had a better use than this joke of a TV.

    Don't buy this tv. I can't get it to work and it's only a little over a year old. Screen just goes black and I've gone through every troubleshooting method possible. Don't buy it.

    The display on this was very poor. We kept messing with the settings and no matter what, it looked off. Even looked up the top rated picture settings and it still didn’t help. Yellows looked almost green. We also hated the droid OS.

    Having unnecessary issues from the start.

    Not happy with it yet. The TV randomly loses volume, and just as randomly raises it back up. It has momentary black screen at random times as well, like a blink. It's annoying, and it's probably going back.

    Worst tv I have bought. Constantly turns self off and dolby vison makes screen blink. So slow, with remote response. Freezes up, edges have a white bleed. Terrible tv.

    The TV i have purchased not working very well every other day turn of. The other problem I have the TV had cracked in the corner and now the crack is getting bigger.i am not happy with this TV.

    Very poor picture quality! Supposed to be 4K, but picture is worse than our older led unsmart TV. Very pixilated and the black color is worse. Colors came already messes up. Very disappointed!
