    Constantly freezes, too slow, very little memory, and certain functions on the control stop working even after getting a new one. If you don’t mind dealing with the freezing and the slowness, then the TV may be for you because it was very inexpensive. For me, I got tired of waiting so long for the TV to load.

    This TV is horrible. It never worked properly since first purchasing it. Seems to have a mind of it's own, restarts out of nowhere, freezes and needs unplugged. Was trying to hang in because it was the only TV this size where the feet fit in the area I need. Well it just stopped working altogether in under 3 years.

    This television is such a great disappointment. It always had delays and was slow when turning it on. With that being said it now has a blank screen with orpicture or sound. I have trustes Best Buy with most of my major electrics needs anf this has to be my biggest disappointment.

    Hisense is the worst tvs I ever bought. They don’t last very long. I had to have the timer fixed on both within 6 months. Yes it was under warranty but having it broke waiting for the repairman to come and not being able to use it for 2 1/2 weeks for tvs 6mongh old and 8 months old is ridiculous. We love Best it though we don’t hold that against them!

    I didn't know a TV could operate slower than a refrigerator. The TV turns off randomly, takes about 2 minutes to turn on, 15 seconds to react to pushing a remote button, and half the time freezes mid-operation. TV will also randomly shut off during a movie or TV show (no energy saver on or setting reflects this) and then the process to get back to the movie takes about 10 minutes. Overall the worst purchase I think I've made since the "bump it."

    I have had this Tv for less than a week and it keeps freezing randomly, blacking out, While also not responding to the remote. But what can you expect for the price you pay just be weary when buying this Tv I will be returning it and getting a better brand.

    At least I bought this tv super cheap during a Black Friday sale in November 2020. Tv was used often but not always daily and was mounted to a wall so no chance of being numbed or dropped. However, last week we were watching tv and the screen went blank. After some google searches it turns out the backlight went dead on it. To have it repaired would cost just as much as I paid brand new. Guess you get what you pay for $275 for 2.5 years of entertainment.

    It's been a year since the two TVs I bought stopped working, plus a thousand dollars was thrown into the trash. One day they just started turning off every minute, even one of them just started looking stripes. I'm being scammed. I don't recommend it.

    Poor quality. I bought three (3) Hisense tvs Nov/Dec 2020 and all of them have gone out and are need of repair/replacement. I do NOT recommend and have no plans to buy this brand again.

    Very bad brand, I can’t even give this brand 1 star, unfortunately I didn’t get a warranty on my TV and the screen became black after Using it for a year and half. I don’t recommend this brand

    Bought this TV on Black Friday. Froze up on the first day. It happens once to twice a day. Also have issues getting remote to work with the TV off and on. Volume also drastically changes with no adjust ment made to volume. Have to unplug and reset TV once a day. Only reason it wasn't returned is because we got rid of the box. Terrible buy and would not recommend.

Please perform a factory reset on the television by going to Settings>Device Preferences>Reset. The television will then shut off and after coming back on will prompt you to set up the TV like when it was just out of box.     DO NOT buy!!! Had TV 4 months, woke up one day and the screen wouldnt come on. Called Hisense and they said there was nothing they could do. Cheaper is not always better. Better off saving up and getting a Samsung, Toshiba, Sony or Vizio product. This one is GARBAGE!

    The screensaver comes on when I’m watching the show. In settings I set it to come on every 1 but it comes on every 2 mins. When I try to click out of the screensaver it takes like 6 times. And sometimes the screensaver aver comes on right after I press buttons. When the screensaver comes on when I’m on YouTube and I click out of it it exits out of YouTube. It’s slow. Some buttons on the remote control the my LEDS. Something will pop up telling me the features of the tv well I’m playing Xbox on it. When you start a show or movie the video freezes but the sound is still going. And every luring about it is so slow.

    Beware of this Hisense TV

    Received tv as an early Xmas gift. Only had it for 2 weeks and the screen went completely black. I ended up having to unplug it wait awhile and then plug back in. It then rebooted and seem to be fine. I googled this issue seems like a lot of people are having same problem. I ended up returning to my local Best Buy and buying another brand. I did not feel comfortable holding on to it any longer. The price was too good to be true. Other issue is it’s not a true 55”, i purchased an LG in the same size so much bigger and better. You get what you pay for.

    Not Recommended, TV hums all the time.

    Picture quality is decent but there is a bad humming problem with the TV. I can hear it since I am using the TV as a PC monitor without any sound coming from TV. Even with low volume material playing from TV you can hear the humming sound. This is going back to Best buy tomorrow and spending a bit more on a Samsung. I have disconnected all appliances and conducted possible ground loops troubleshooting and still hums. Definitely coming from power supply or other board inside the TV.

    Do not buy Hisense

    Stay away from Hisense. I bought 2 of these last year. They had bad lighting and dark wide lines coming down the screen. Sent thrm in under warranty. They couldn't fix them. They sent me 2 new ones. Same as before. Really noticeable on white screens or golf. Black lines coming down the screen like the lighting is bad. Stay far away from hisense. This is for real . if I had the money to replace then I would. It's bad.
