great TV with the a great picture. Don't let the no name fool you. It is better than tvs costing twice as much. So happy with it. Even more happy I avoided the poorly rated Samsung 8 Series.

Exceptional quality for the price. Couldn't be happier. Android TV interface is great, I'm a power Youtube user. Curbside pickup was easy and I got the TV home undamaged.

This purchase was to replace a three-year-old Sony 4K TV that stopped working and I was pleasantly surprised by how the Android OS is nearly identical. The build quality and panel display are a close match too. In fact, the newer HD tech and features made this an upgrade. Hisense is a great value and definitely an up and coming brand.

I haven't been using the product for a long period of time, to actually rate it truly on good or bad the times in use has been sufficient enough to say,its been performing in a manner good enough for me to say it is operating good enough so far, that I don't have any complaints as of this date. So far so good.

Amazing TV for the price point. Didn’t want to spend too much $$$ on a high-end TV, so this TV was perfect. Pretty decent 4K and has Dolby vision

It’s a nice size tv with a decent display. It’s nothing to write home about and would say it’s middle of the pack at best. It’s a good cheap option but if you have the option of higher quality do that.

This is my first Hisense TV and I am amazed at how much TV you can get without having to break the bank. Up until this TV Ive always stuck with other brands assuming that the saying “you get what you pay for” is always the case. Now that is true of a lot of things but with TV's and how fast the tech improves the lower priced sets have began to catch up to the more expensive models and its great for us the consumers. In the box you of course get the TV, remote, leg stands, batteries, some hardware, and a quick start guide. Mine is the 55” version which is the perfect size for my main TV I use in my room. Its replacing a few year old 55” LED set I had. Getting set up was simple. Installing the legs then placing set where you want it. With the way my room is situated its easier to use the legs vs. a wall install. One of the features this has is 2 sets of slots for the legs at different widths depending on the available space you have. I have a very wide stand so Im able to use the outer slots. But for people with less stand room you can use the inner slots. This is a simple yet awesome feature that I wish more TV's had. Next of course is connecting all your equipment. For me thats my Direct TV receiver, 3 consoles, and my laptop via HDMI. I have an HDMI switcher I use since I have 5 things connected to the 4 built in HDMI ports. I also use an Astro A50 headset as my main audio source so thats connected to the optical audio port. And then I prefer wired internet connections so thats connected to the Ethernet port. From there its as simple as turning on the set and going through the initial set up. The remote is very simple and well laid out with shortcut buttons to most of the often used apps. The often used Home button is centered and easy to find once you get used to the remote. It comes with the required batteries which is nice. It also has voice commands which work perfect. I use only Android phones so there was no learning curve to get use to the built in Google assistant. It works just like my phone does. With the TV I had before using a different voice assistant I was never able to get the voice search to work right. So I got use to not using it at all. But now that I have one that actually works it has become my new way to control the TV for the most part. Only thing I could think of to improve the remote would be a back light, but thats a minor thing that I would maybe add to a wish list. This is only my 2nd TV using Android Smart TV, and WOW has it improved. The first time I used it was several years ago on a different brand TV when it was in its early versions and had its issues. Its been improved greatly since then. Everything works as it should and fast. Apps have very little load time and only occasionally lag if Ive had several apps open prior. But this is rare and it only lags for a second or 2 if it happens. And since it has the Android system there are a TON of apps and games to use and experiment with. Although my fallbacks are Netflix and Prime its nice that there are so many others to test out. As mentioned I also have 3 gaming consoles connected, and I use my TV to game a lot. I have a PS4 Pro, an Xbox One X, and a Nintendo Switch connected to it. Gaming is great on this set. I was a bit worried at first that since it was only a 60hz native set with 240 motion rate that this would be a noticeable difference vs. my previous set that has a 120hz native display. But I cant see any difference at all. The built in game mode makes a huge difference when on. It plays perfect, has no noticeable input lag, and looks amazing. Ive been playing my Switch a lot due to the recent situation and the bright Nintendo colors POP! Recently started a new play through of Breath of the Wild and it looks and plays great. As mentioned previously I use an Astro A50 headset for all my TV's audio output, but the built in audio is pretty good. I know most people will want a soundbar or a full surround system. But if you are only using the TV's built in audio its pretty good. Its definetely loud enough and didnt distort even at a volume much higher than needed. The Dolby audio will be plenty for most people. Now of course we have to talk about the picture. And I saved that for last for a reason. WOW. This is my first set with true full array local dimming and Dolby vision & HDR 10. I really use to think my other TV was where it was at as far as picture quality. But this is much better. Especially the black levels. Watching Netflix HDR content is amazing. But even standard HD content from my Direct TV receiver looks better as well. And this just proves what I said in the title. You no longer have to take out a small loan to get an amazing TV with a great picture. So in conclusion I love this TV if you cant tell. This has made me realize that sometimes you really are just paying extra for the brands name and you can get the same and in someways better performance and picture for less than some of the larger more well known brands. If you area looking for a TV with great performance, picture, and features that doesnt cost a small fortune this should be one on your list.

The picture could be sharper. The setup was easy, and you actually receive a decent remote. There are lots of apps on this Android based tv, and that is great. You can also add apps to the tv, like you do on an Amazon Firestick.

Screen is good, but there's a few things about this TV that greatly bother me. Others may find them to be non-issues: Ethernet isn't gigabit, its only 100megabit. Wifi is also not fast or stable enough to take advantage of some androidTV apps like Steam Link, etc. TV doesnt seem to wake up all the time, requiring a hard unplug. Seems to be a bug caused by leaving the "wake on wifi" options and stuff checked, I unchecked them and these issues went away. I have an antenna plugged in, and the "Live TV" app keeps defaulting to my PS4. No idea why. TV processor isnt strong enough for some videos to play back via the network. If you're buying this TV to take heavy advantage of AndroidTV, just know that you'll probably end up buying a Shield or other device anyways. Solely as a TV though, its fine.

I had the TV for only 1 month, so far so good, I just would have liked a more vivid image, for some reason my 6 years old Sony LED TV looks way more bright and better image than this brand new 4k one but I still like it that did not had to brake the bank to buy it and is still good quality.

I purchased this TV about a week and a half ago. Picture is great and sound isn't bad. After that it all goes downhill. The manual is completely useless and has almost no information in it about internet or wifi connections. I called up customer service twice and got disconnected twice. When I finally did get a hold of somebody he was very quick to dismiss my problem and tell me that it was my cable providers issue. I can't even cast from my phone which shouldn't even require the TV to have an internet connection. I've gotten away with using an HDMI cable but that is certainly not my first choice. I may return, haven't decided yet. All in all I would say not user-friendly.

Really good quality screen for a mid-range TV. The remote sits in a drawer however because it listens to conversation without pressing the Goggle assistant button. When we first got it adds popped up related to a product we had just talked about. Chinese product with privacy issues.
