This TV worked well within it's warranty period and then some, However it was a little quirky in the HDR department. This TV died after two years. I believe this TV was purpose built to last only a couple of years. My issue: A White LED light blinks and the power on theme "Hisesne Android TV" shows for 30 seconds, then the TV shuts off. Unable to resolve. Calling Hisense about the issue, they just hang up on me. (They probably know this TV is a headache and wish they never designed it.) Thank goodness I bought the Geek Squad warranty. I did so as I never heard of Hisense before. I gave them a chance, and they let me down. You only get 1 shot with me. I am seeing others are having similar issues as I. I'm exchanging this piece of junk for a well-known, well established Samsung.

Very nice. The only thing stopping 5 stars is the inability to see a guide for local channels. Perhaps I have not learned how to do this yet.

Very bright tv good for sports, shows, and movies.

The colors are amazing. Everything is good on this TV. The only thing I don't like is that the starting time is longer than I expected.

Have had for one year. Picture is good but very limited room for app storage and always have to back and keep deleting cache. Bought because of price. Yes it is reliable but if you have to spend a couple dollars for a more mainstream version not like Toshiba you will be happier.

Set did not last very long. I just replaced it with a Samsung. The screen started developing cloudy areas. The picture was good at first but it didn't hold up.

Our technician for installation was prompt and very knowledgeable. He was pleasant and wore proper PPE. He checked and remeasured the mounting for security before installing the new TV. He took care to explain and ask if we had more questions before leaving.

The television has great color, but once you turn it off, you have to turn it on and off for screen to work! This is a problem for my wife, not so much for ms! I will never buy a Hisense again!! Not sure what I can do now! I greatly appreciate any input, you might have for me.

This TV is like a 55in tablet. I love the fact it has Android TV built in. I don’t need to buy another device and connect it. I downloaded all my streaming Apps (Netflix, Hulu, Sling, Amazon etc) and movie player app VLC. Pretty awesome. Was able to connect wireless keyboard and mouse (USB) and external hard drive to the TV. Its like a Tablet. Very smooth To me images/movies are clear and bright. But I think this is subjective to everyone. You will need to see it for yourself. If you’re looking for a TV, I would highly recommend this for the price and features.

Had TV 2 days they pushed an android update and the TV went in to an update loop. Support is completely useless. Tell me to expect a firmware update via email. 3 weeks later no email. Poor or no communication from Hisense. Now they refuse to replace the unt and want to send a technician to replace parts on a TV that was only days old. Buyer Beware. Looks nice when it worked.

Not good for darker rooms. Too bright in those environments like a bedroom.

Only been up and running for a few days, The voice activated remote is very convenient.

I was helped promptly. I was given total care and attention from start until my purchase was loaded on my vehicle. The gentleman that helped had a great knowledge base and a very charismatic way about him.
