    A few years of ownership and the memory seems to be corrupted. You can’t even leave it on an hdmi source to use a fire stick. Error messages come up randomly. Absolute stupid design and the TV is now trash. Sticking with LG in the future.

    I really like this tv! We received at a discounted price and I couldn’t be more pleased with the quality! If you need a smart tv that is affordable and has a good quality this is the one! Picture is clear and colorful, audio is better than our last one and way cheaper! Easy to play with android smart device! Can’t recommend enough!

    I have learned that there is a memory issue affecting this product. Unfortunately, it will cost over $130 to replace the main board through Hisense.

    Failed in under two years

    This set failed in less than two years. It started getting increasingly glitchy, with apps not working, and then eventually refusing to even turn on/boot up. Looked into repairing it, but the cost of replacing the main board is high, and they can't even guarantee it'd address the problem. I've run across similar stories with Hisense sets online, so buyer beware. The picture quality and sound were fine, prior to it prematurely dying.

    Terrible TV to buy, I thought it looked exceptional on display at Bestbuy. I waited until it was on sale and I bought it, It was a terrible experience. the 120hz worked i suppose but the alleged 240hz makes the whole screen go extremely dark so you cant really say anything. When you view it from different angles the quality of the picture is terrible. Overall not impressed with the quality of this build, as i see online theres lots to horror stories about this TV.

    I’ve been a huge fan of Hisense since I bought my first one 8 years ago. This new one is amazing and I’m glad we went with this model. The picture clarity is spot on and the size is perfect with or living room. The smart tv with the apps is awesome as we cut the cord and went with Hulu and Netflix. Great job Hisense...

    I purchased this 55" comparable model Hisense flat screen smart TV in Feb. of 2018. Well, here it is Feb. 2021 and just a couple of days ago it went south on me. The entire upper left, lower left, and center right sections of the screen suddenly appeared heavily darkened and the love affair with my Hisense was over in an instant. It seemed to a fine quality tv for the time it worked, but come on! Only a 3 year life?! I learned my lesson and now own a long term much better made tv made no doubt with better components. The brand I just replaced it with isn't important but feeling good about my new purchase is. A buyer definitely gets what they pay for.

    Complete stupidity

    Ordered today and told to pickup at the warehouse. I do so and have it loaded in my car. Im disabled so I have my son take it out and unpack it. When they did, we find the screen cracked across the entire TV. My son packs it up and returns it to the warehouse where he is told that they do not process returns. He has to return it to the store that is already closed for the day. My pickup receipt gives me the 1-888 BESTBUY number to call for issues. Im told there's nothing they can do because it wasn't a delivery item and that I have talk to the local store. So, the paper Im given for issues is worthless because they can't fix any problem you have since you picked it up from the warehouse. I did this today because I had time off. Something I don't normally have. But if I want what I paid for to actually work and not be busted, I suppose I have to leave my job and not get paid to fix an issue they caused. My business will go to Amazon from now on.

    Lasted about a month before stopped working

    Bought this TV about a month ago and just randomly decided that it would stop working. At first, it would constantly switch between inputs on the soundbar. After unplugging from that and rebooting, only goes to the Android home screen and no buttons on the remote do anything, but cause it to flash off for a few seconds and then go back to the Android home. A call to tech support has a 1 week wait to get a technician to even look at it. Ugh!
