I had to return it as it was very glitchy. The picture was difficult to tune. I never got it clear, it was constantly blurry.

Best Buy outdoor pickup was convenient and easy. TV picture quality is good to excellent. HiSense TV online manual is non existent. Wrote to the manufacture and did not receive a reply.

Although it only supports up to 4k 60 fps, it has a 120hz panel and should be capable of 1080p 120 fps. This is an excellent option for next-gen gaming if you are mainly looking at picture quality. Pro: Amazing picture quality and HDR for the price Con: No HDMI 2.1 support, but most games will not run at 4k 120 fps

Great looking picture. Not as great as an oled but not crappy like LCD or most LED. Best rated gaming TV from PC Gamer. Android TV so as easy to the eyes as your phone is.

First 55”tv and couldn’t be happier. It just looks fantastic. Read a lot of reviews before purchasing and they were all raving about this tv for this price. If you’re looking for a great tv at a great price this is it. Had never heard of Hisense before but it’s got everything I could ask for. Would highly recommend.

Picture quality is excellent, colors are rich and beautiful. The scene in Cursed on Netflix is so pretty. The panel can be very bright and dark scene can be very dark. Google assistant and chromecast is built in but sometime watching movie, Google assistant can get activated. Setting up the TV is very easy. Wifi and bluetooth is very stable. Able to connect to PS4 controller and bluetooth headphone. Built in speakers are not bad too though does not have enough bass as expected. Unfortunately, it does not support eARC so when watching Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom 4K bluray, even though picture is excellent, it's ARC cannot passthrough DTS from the bluray player to external speakers and the movie ended up with no sound. Another con is the remote does not have backlight and keyboard. Time to buy a 4K AV receiver to decode the DTS sound.

This is an incredible TV for under $1000.00. I know others have mentioned some faults, but we are extremely satisfied with the performance of the TV. It is not a "High End" model, so do not expect all of the bells and whistles of an expensive "High End" TV. There are 4 HDMI ports, multiple streaming options, and many different ways to the adjust picture. We have a ROKU connected and it works flawlessly. As others have mentioned, the sound is decent, but a sound bar or sound system definitely sounds better than the built in speakers. We have not explored all of the different TV settings or all of its capabilities, but are very satisfied so far with how the TV is performing. Overall, it is a great TV for the price and we would highly recommend it for any room in your house.

Good image, crappy software. At first i thought I was tripping but since i bought it it has freezed a couple of times

Was great when i first purchased but now the OS is very slow. Sometimes tv takes a few come on. Picture quality is still great though

An amazing TV at a fantastic price - adding all my streaming accounts was far too easy. I dreaded a new tv just based off how long it took me to do the account thing last time. This TV tech is seamless and what a great sound and screen. Highly recommend.

It's a 4.5 for me. It requires some adjustments in the picture settings. but Great picture quality.

I am amazed at the picture quality of this TV for the money. I was replacing a Vizio TV that has given me problems for a couple of years but always had a good picture. This one blows it away. As a bonus, the speakers are pretty decent too for a newer TV.

Works great and has beautiful detail in the picture. Would recommend. We did a lot of research to find a highly rated TV at a decent price and, although it's a little bigger than I originally wanted, the data were so good we opted for this model.

Very bright until you can adjust the lighting levels with decent speakers for internal. Fir entry level uhd I think it was worth the money.

This tv has a lot of good features and performs well. It is not an equivalent of an oled tv (lg oled for reference) but for the price I think you get your moneys worth. I would recommend seeing it in person. Things to know are that it doesn’t work like a google home device so you can’t add it that way. I would also recommend adjusting some of the factory picture settings for optimal use. The sound may be lacking for some but is fine for normal use.

The visuals are amazing, but we notice that in some spots, there are pink dots showing on the tv when gaming. Seems to be common from reading reviews.

I’m no professional tv reviewer but I like what I see and I really like this one. Very bright and ideal for a sunny room. The only thing I suggest is really looking at the size. I sit ten feet from this and it’s too small. I am in the process of exchanging it for a 65”
