Great Value for a Fantastic TV.

I use this in a dark, interior room, and it is almost too bright when watching at night. I also like how it supports all of the HDR formats including HDR10, HDR10+(Amazon Prime), and Dolby Vision. It is also great when using my Xbox One S.

Buyer Beware!

Hisense has denied the warranty claim because it looks the damage was inflicted. I can assure you this is not the case! Maybe you'll have better luck? Maybe buy a warranty?

Terrible experience

Second tv - chipped screen Third tv - horrible vertical and horizontal banding. Great HDR. Nice options menu. Built in android tv. But its obvious hisense has absolutely no quality control on their backlights and banding. Some is acceptable, ive never owned a tv with so much apparent banding, much less two (after exchange). I will be returning this third and final try. Hisense strikes out. Never again.

Good quality set.

Just like with any set these days you're gonna want to connect it to a soundbar, etc. for audio but that's par for the course. Highly Recommended.

Great TV for a very reasonable price
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bought the TV as a gift, Quantum series Hisense as good as Sony or LG for a lot less money which worked well in my budget , also liked the stand being adjustable and more in the center of the TV allowing it to go on narrower furniture yet still getting the benefit of the 55 inch screen.

Maybe great TV for the price, but haven't used a more expensive TV that I'm aware of, so great TV. Best part is I got it the same day I ordered it online. Cancelled an amazon prime order for this TV that was already late and was still a half a week out.

I mean, come on doesn’t that say it all!! Where do I start...favorite feature is the 4K quality...watched some hard core superhero, action packed movie to get a real sense of what this TV is made of and the words, “Oh my God”, just kept coming out of everyone’s mouth. My daughter in the other room was wondering what all the hype was about, when she joined in and saw her favorite movie star (almost live like) she let out a high pitched scream we’ve never heard come out of her. (Think, a fan of the Beatles at a concert). Everyone in the household is in love with this TV, it’s now our favorite electronic. The sound quality is so good we weren’t sure if we had turned on our sound system....nope we had not! But I’m not suggesting it’s AS good as a sound system but the quality of the sound without one is superb. Speaking of sound quality...we noticed that when we were playing video games, the game controllers weren’t as responsive as usual, a little troubleshooting led us to switch the tv from energy saver mode to any other mode and just like that the game controllers were back in action doing what they do best, control. FYI: Your settings for each HDMI will stay so you don’t have to keep adjusting for movie, gaming, concert when you switch to a different HDMI source. The TV came set to energy saver mode by default. Once we switched modes we saw a difference immediately in the brightness of the screen. Playing video games is beyond Epic with the dynamics of the screen/sound/size. And music/concerts, wow!! Feel like I was really there. Which is great because we all know Covid is keeping some of us extra cozy and locked up in our homes, so this TV makes it worth being stuck at home. Who needs the outside world when you have the HiSense! Can you say LOTS of Apps!! We like all the added Apps and played some new versions of PacMan and more. The x box game controller was able to be blue-toothed to the TV but wasn’t completely functional for all the game Apps included w/the TV. Also, the game controller while it can maneuver some of the screen features isn’t friendly for doing that sorta thing. I’ve also attached via USB a mini keyboard with a small pad...that too worked but not as responsive as the original remote the TV came with. The fact that the entire screen gets filled when viewing shows/movies/gaming is such an added bonus...so tired of part of the screen getting chopped off. And for those with visit problems, well, you just might not consider this TV a luxury, it’s more of a necessity. I have poor vision, even with glasses and in reviewing one of my favorite shows, my husband yelled out, “There was mold on that bread Dan was mooching from Steve!” Walk over and I was in utter shock to actually see green mold on the bread when neither of us (hint: mate has poor vision also) has seen it before and this was recently we had seen that episode on the older TV. We couldn’t stop talking about the quality of the screen. I could see great details on the actors facial features I couldn’t see before....ie., Eyebrow enhancements, pimples, skin imperfections, wrinkles, etc. Maybe some eye crust, just kidding! The keyboard for searching includes all the characters at once, both capitals and lower case are included without having to click to switch....saves time. Also the response time is quick in the search and in pressing the included Options of Netflix, YouTube, Prime Vídeo and Google Play. Speaking of remote, the only negative I found with the TV was how it lags when raising or lowering the volume. It doesn’t increase or decrease accordingly and there’s definite lag that’s very noticeable. There were updates that were applied to keep the TV updated and working as expected. They didn’t take long and no interruption since it asked before updating. TV turns on right away and the lineup of the various Apps are so that navigation is easy and user friendly. A button on the remote takes you straight to the Apps for free download or purchase. This TV would be a life changer for those persons whom are considered legally blind. I don’t feel it necessary to ever step foot into a movie theater any longer, except to just accommodate friends on a night out.

You get what you pay for.

The picture quality is not as good as a higher priced TV like a Sony or Samsung. This TV is the kind you'd get for a bedroom or a spare room, not a main one for having company over or viewing at a large gathering. If you're looking for something like that, go for a Sony or Samsung. As for features, this TV is loaded but it's the picture itself that's only average. It's not a bad price though.

Great picture

Only problem is when adding apps, doesn't work as fast and really only added a few, shuts them down saying space issues but u look at available space and says there is plenty...????
