    I really wanted to love this TV. After the update I noticed more graying in deep blacks. There is a memory issue that even with a extra USB 4g stick it still says im out of space. Hope they figure out some of these issues with an update. Android TV is no Roku.

    Awesome colors and depth .. don't like the android tv much after installing a bunch of apps it slows down work around I don't install any apps and just use a Roku.. like the steam app makes it easy to play my games

    I ordered the 55inch version last month. The design & sound is amazing BUT the picture quality is 100% not consistent at all. Let me make it eazy. The picture quality is in 4 category, Beautiful, Good, Bad, Ugly. There are times its extremely blurry, and you can see the Pixels. My worse experience was dealing with the company, Hisense. They got back to me after6 days at 8:30 pm, & playing with me. My problem could have been a minor problems which could have been solved if the company was willing to send me a Technicians but instead they were trying to delay that process so I would loose my time limit to BRING BACK THE TV. THEY WERE WRONG. THE QUESTIONS IS ARE U WILLING TO DEAL WITH THE COMPANY LIKE THAT FOR THE FIRST YEAR OF THE WARRENTHY. PLEASE DO UR HOMEWORK BEFORE CONSIDERING THIS TV. My best experience was dealing with great sales peaple in Best Buy.

    I recieved this tv via the best buy tech insider network at no cost to test and give my unbiased opinion. When this tv became available I was immediately intrigued. Hinsense is not new company, it has been around for 50 years, but newer to the U.S. market. I have followed their products in recent years and this tv had really intrigued me. I boasts 4k uhd with Dolby Atmos, Dolby vision, and quantam dot colors with a full array local dimming, and 1000 nit brightness. All of those are great things, and generally used to be in TV's starting at double this price. I am no novice to premium TV's. I owned a Panasonic plasma, still my absolute favorite TV ever, but died because of faulty mother boards at too young of an age, and my current main tv, the LG 55 c6p oled tv (blacks as good if not better than the plasma tv, and awesome 3d and Dolby vision with Dolby Atmos). However, it is suffering from burn in after 3.5 years of a lot of Nickelodeon with 4x3 SpongeBob, and a few programs left paused too long. I have several other regular led TV's and I always find myself frustrated at not seeing tru blacks (a lot of blooming) and crisp contrast that plasma and oled's have. I must admit, this is my first foray into full array local dimming to see how it can compare. Out of the box, everything looked blurry. This definitely needed tweeking with the settings. I adjusted motion settings, brightness, color warmth, screen size. about 10 minutes of experimenting, I got my regular 1080p cable feed looking pretty good. The brightness is very good, to the point I dimmed it some since I'm used to oled. The black seems quite good, I do not note any blooming. I watched Scoob in 4k Dolby Vision (streamed), very nice. Color reproduction appear very good. Motion on everything I watch appears smooth. I took it for granted when I had my plasma, oled did ok, but a few TV's in between made me miss 600hz refresh rate. This 120hz native panel is good. Now looking at 4k via disc, Dolby vision of Dark Tower, very nice. Netflix Daredevil Dolby Vision (a lot of night scenes) very good, Lucifer also looks good. One quirk I'm working with is the screensaver came on while streaming vudu in middle of movie. Happens occasionally, will have to mess with more settings. As I noted above this tv has the statistics and features, and it appears to deliver. I would recommend this to friends, a good value. That being said, LG, Sony, And Samsung competators are more expensive with these features, and my experience with electronics most of the time is you get what you pay for. However this is a hidden gem if durability is there with this price. I have been brand loyal to Hyundai Cars for 21 years (2 cars, only traded my first because I needed more room for kids) They have great value and features for a good price, Hinsense seems poised to do the same in the TV world. I have to give this a 5.

    What a TV! This unit has a beautiful display, very bright and clean looking! I don’t think there’s a tv in this price range that can compare to this tv in quality! If you like google tv,you will love this tv

    We loved this TV, great picture, Chromecast worked great, we're an Android house (phone-wise) so that was a major selling point. The Google assistant built in is wonderful, I can shut off, turn on, mute, and change volume via voice commands. Something we couldn't do with our fire sticks. Fast forward a month. First we found two dead spots. Then the lighting has just gone completely off the rails, it's slowly dying an ugly death. Put in a call for a warranty service call Sunday. No response for an appt yet. I should opted for the geek squad warranty. That's what I get for going high end low end TV I guess.

    Great value for the money. We put it on the patio perfect fit for where we needed. Geek squad came to install also put up a storm shell we bought to cover it. Looks great.

    The brightness and picture quality of this TV is amazing for the price range. However, it has an awful red ghosting issue that happens around moving faces, especially in dark scenes. I'm not sure if it's an issue of my TV or all TVs of this model have this issue. There used to be an issue with HDR game mode that made the dark areas appear pink, thankfully this was fixed via a firmware update. I hope the red ghosting issue is also fixed on a future update since I'm not the only one experiencing this (google H9g red ghosting). If Hisense fixes this issue this would be 5 star TV.

    After nearly a year, TV is working flawlessly. Colors are bright, I haven’t had any issues with it. The UI may need updating but that’s google.

    Just tried mine out today. After great online reviews I decided to get this tv, upon installing, a new updated came up. Not sure what they did but people are saying the update messed this tv up. Ive wanted some 4k videos on YouTube and everything looks amazing. But once you watch there things like regular music videos, or videos on Netflix, is when I noticed a huge lack of quality. This nasty pixel crushing is all over the place. My last tv is 10+ years old and never had noticed any of this on it. Not sure if I got a bad copy but I'm returning it tomorrow. kinda upset since this was supposed to be the best tv in its price range. might give the tcl 6 series a chance.

    Pro: great quality for the price. Physical switch to turn off microphone. Con: After the recent update ads are now part of the interface. I purchased this tv specifically for the lack of ads and ability to turn off passive recording.

    Hisense did a great overall job with this television. The TV is extremely easy to unpack and as recommended you should definitely have someone help you remove it from the box as you risk cracking the screen otherwise. If you are able to use a Philips head screwdriver you wont have any trouble attaching the legs to the base of the TV. The TV is not as thin as another 55 inch TV that I own however I will say that the design is much nicer at a much lower price point.The setup is extremely easy with the help of your android phone as I was able to sign in to my google account and set up my wifi credentials all with a few taps on my Pixel 3A. The picture quality at this price point is probably some of the best that you will find. As with all TV's you have to make sure to calibrate the settings on the TV to get the optimal quality. If you need some help with the calibration you should be able to figure it out with a quick google search. I was actually quite surprised by the sound quality of the speakers on the TV. Most TV's these days are fairly weak when it comes to sound so I usually will recommend a sound bar of some type to supplement the sound however I think you can get by without one. I appreciate that Hisense put a Ethernet port on the TV so you can hard wire it to the internet rather than relying on WiFi. Since the TV is running on android you can download all the major streaming apps without any issues. I did not experience any lag or blurring while gaming or watching sports. Hisense did a great job with this TV and I think you no longer have to go out and purchase a Samsung or Sony TV in order to get a feature filled TV with great picture quality at an affordable price. I would definitely recommend this TV

    Grabbed this during MA's tax free weekend. Delivery was prompt and efficient, TV was affordable but great quality. Amazing bang for your buck
