    The TV functions well. I don't really notice the 4K quality. No Amazon Prime App. I bought this because it was one of the least expensive 55" 4k TV's Best Buy had.

    I thought I submitted this review but I guess it didn't take. I bought this on Prime Day here on Best Buy for the better deal. Within the first month, the video on HDMI input sources would intermittently and randomly stop working. If you're a gamer, this makes the TV completely unacceptable right there. If you're not, it's just incredibly annoying. What's worse is that after a few months, the internal power supply became defective and the TV wouldn't power on after being turned on for a moment or two. Tl;Dr - Hisense eventually had repair guy replace the power source, yet it's starting to happen again, and the video issue was never resolved in any way. Long version: I contacted Hisense customer support firstly about the video issue then about the power issue, and they're incredibly disorganized and ineffective at their issue resolution management. Their email constantly becomes too full to accept new emails coming in from customers, they asked multiple times for me to resubmit information I had already submitted, they created 3 issues to track my one original ticket (each one at which I had to start completely over describing my issue), and the materials they requested... they'd ask for video of the issue occuring which results in a video file too big to send in an email, but they have no means of either uploading vids to their own data center site or even CLICKING A LINK TO AN EXTERNAL UPLOADING SITE. To add insult to injury, each step took at least three days to move along. I'm currently sitting on a no-reply situation and have given up on this garbage, bringing what would have been a 2 star experience to 1. They literally gave up on their product and their ability to fix it: we should do the same. The only resolution I got was a replacement of the power supply under warranty. Which is fine, but the TV has already begun exhibiting the same problem again. It's only a matter of time before it goes out again and the TV becomes a lemon requiring another power source replacement. The HDMI video input dying issue was never resolved in any way and it still occurs after talking in email and over the phone, back and forth, over the course of several months. They have yet to attempt any sort of repair or offer a fix of any sort, other than a factory reset which did nothing. I am purchasing a replacement TV and giving this product the 1 star. There is absolutely no redemption for this product. It is not even worth a "you get what you pay for," because this wasn't exactly cheap. Hisense deserves the ire it's getting for selling this defect-ridden object and this product deserves to be discontinued.

    As expected for price paid. Would liketo be able to calibrate picture better from generic settings. Stand legs seem weak. oSund is just ok.

    This tv has lots of options, best for streaming. If you want the best picture quality then sony or samsung might be it but i stream alot this has a fast processor in this price range and size range overall great tv. Bluetooth for wireless music device and wireless keyboard.

    For the price this is a great tv. I am a fan of hisense. The speed from which you can swap from apps to hdmi is quick.

    I bought this tv in August in the middle of a move. It was a week or so before I got it set up and it has been nothing but problems. Every time I turn the tv off I have to do a factory reset when I turn it back on so it will pick upp my wireless interenet. I have Spectrum 5G wireless and have no interenet trouble with any other device in the house except this tv. When we do a factory reset everyday then we have to log back in to Netflix and go through a bunch of steps just to watch it. I have been in touch with Hisense through email to which they asked for more information to contact me but that was over a week ago and still have not heard from anyone. It is 2 days past the 30 day return policy for Best Buy so I guess I'm just stuck with a hunk of junk.

    Bestbuy is selling this top of the line HISENCE TV. Do not listen to haters, blindly following only top brands. Hisemce is the hidden gem and beztbuy makes sure to avoid any cheaper products that HISENCE or any other company makes.

    I love this TV and would recommend this to everyone! The clarity on this TV is incredible and the speakers are great! I love the 4K Smart TV features. I got this TV on sale but would pay full price if I had to buy this again.

    Bought this TV for my mother to replace her smaller TV. The smart TV features are very convenient and the High Definition display is very clear and pleasing to the eyes. I'd totally recommend this TV to everyone.

    TV works great. Size is great. Work wells with all other apps (Netflix and Youtube). The only thing thats a little off putting is that every time we turn it on, or we leave it idle, the FIFA logo is on the TV.

    Needed a new TV and didn't want to break thx bank for a decent size tv. Just what we needed. Only downfall is if doesn't seem to work with Bluetooth and can't get many also on the tv.
