Android TV is the best television software, in my opinion. It has ever app that you could need and if perfect for anyone who is interested in cord cutting. This is a great TV at a great price.

Although it doesn't have built-in Roku, I attached my Roku Stick and I am very happy with the other built-in features. I have no regrets!

Remote would not function and I was told by HiSense Tech Support to just unplug the tv wait and then plug it back in, REALLY that's their solution. I returned it back to the store within and bought a Samsung, very happy now.

Waste of money even on sale!

Total waste of money. It turns off when you are in the middle of watching it, have to unplug it to get it going again. Apps are really slow. Then freezes in the middle of your programs. Would return if I could. Don’t even think about buying it.

Not Happy

Maybe we didn't read the full details of the how to guide but I could not even find them in the box. The pamphlet that was with the boxed item gave no instructions on the remote nor did it give a guide for the TV. Maybe that was a slight error on the manufacturer although to avoid any other err's we exchanged it for a different brand which we are highly satisfied with.

OK for price

Horrible TV and worse customer service !

This TV has inconsistent picture quality, it is ok for sports but when watching a show that shows people faces , they come across pale and blotchy. This TV is not that smart, my google hub is sending the command to turn on , the but the TV won't turn on in sleep mode. It will turn off with the voice command through the nest hub, which when you consider the picture quality, is probably best. You can not turn off the HDR which entry level TV's should really not have. Yo can not reprogram ANY of the buttons on the remote. The TV does NOT have an Owners Manual that comes with it, and there is NOT one available from Hisense! So any questions about your TV you have to contact Hisense and we all know haw that is going to go! They can't even tell me what the colored buttons are specifically for . AVOID THIS TV !!!! I was sucked in by the Cheap price , and guess what I got ? A CHEAP TV ! For $50 more I could I have gotten a good TV like the LG I bought my son.

Please try setting the television to Game Mode or try doing to factory reset on the television. A factory reset can be done by going to Settings>Device Preferences>Reset. The television will then shut off and after coming back on will prompt you to set up the TV like when it was just out of box. TV is Poor Choice

Comcast came and set it up. Still having problems. Cannot even turn it on. Changed batteries, ran tests. TV is a dud.
