    I paid 219 dollars for this 55 inch tv, well I got 219 dlls worth of a tv. First of all I did not see no 4k, Since I turned it on the screen looked like a 100 dollar phone it was blurry laggy I could see the pixels all over the screen; If I change the picture mode some times the whole screen would turn pink! and I had to turn it off and turn it on....... I thought I had a good deal and gave HISENSE a chance, Bad mistake. Return in progress.

    Worst TV ever

    The worst tv. Constantly freezing. Says connection is too weak, my router is in the next room. Doesn’t allow connection to my roku or fire stick. They’re literally plugged into the tv and the tv says connection too weak after 5 minutes. The Chromecast function stopped working. I’ve ran updates and that doesn’t help either. I hate this tv. Never buying a cheap brand again.

    Connect to ethernet or through WiFi, doesn’t matter. If you have something other then the home screen displayed while trying to pull up the settings menu, takes years to load. Everything loads super slow. Super frustrating. Not responsive to anything. Hit power button and it takes a solid 15-20 seconds to turn off. Buy a different brand and save your money

      When setting up the 55H6590F please make sure the unit is within 15-20 feet of the router to ensure the best network connection. If this is the case and does not resolve the issue please give us a call at 1-888-935-8880 to get a warranty repair set up. Hisense

    the box claims it is a 4k television, but when the menu exits on screen it clearly says 1080p. tried to adjust it in the picture option in the menu, but there is nothing to alter there. I did find and option that says vivid, but it just makes the colors brighter. I would not recommend this television to anyone, or hisense products for that matter.

    I’m actually highly dissatisfied Bec so I was logged out of my account months ago but I never received the tv I tried going to the store I couldn’t get help I tried creating a new password that didn’t work for the longest either so if someone could help me out that would be great

    After setting it up, bought a brand new 4K HDMI cable, new tv stand and hooked it all up. After 1 day of use the screen went black. after checking all cables and connections, we unplugged it and it came back on, for 1 minute then went black again. No screen at all. dont waste your time or money.

    I bought this tv weeks ago it was damage, I returned it two days for an other that too was damage It had line 4’’ down and from left to right was a line across tv screen. Both time it was returned.

    Wouldn't transition between apps

    Would take minutes to transition between apps. Also, would have a black screen while playing audio. We were constantly turning it off and on to get it to work. The picture quality isn't like it is in the store, especially with dark colors.

    Great budget 4K Dolby Vision Tv

    TL;DR: For the price this tv is excellent as long as you use the (sluggish) built in android tv. So Im going to base this review on the HDR and Dolby Vision features of it as a tv for this price with those features might attract a lot of people because usually these features are on premium TVs, aso I’ll try to keep the review short. First of all Google Tv is sluggish, it’s slow and can freeze up your tv but that can be fixed if own an apple tv, fire tv 4k, roku stick+ or an Nvidia shield, so that’s not so bad just keep in mind that it’s slow. The TV also sort of “bleeds” light on the edges when you’re browsing settings and it’s dark or on a dark scene of a show/movie but it’s noticeably subtle (maybe I got a defect unit) but I have read in some TVs this light bleed is normal, so it’s up to you. Now the HDR and Dolby Vision aspect of it you wont see it unless you have a 4k player that supports it or how most people view things now through either the highest Netflix price tier which includes 4k HDR or Amazon Prime and even then for both services not all shows/movies support it. If you find a 4k HDR/Dolby Vision show to stream then the TV shines, however, the TV adapts to the correct format and it does it really good like this is the part where the TV shines but it’s while using the built in google tv software (like the netflix app you got while using the built in google tv) I have the fire tv 4k HDR/Dolby Vision and it didn’t look as good in my opinion but maybe I need to mess with the image settings. I noticed it wasn't a short review lol, anyhow I gave it 5 stars because it does delivers on HDR and Dolby Vision resolution for this price if this TV was worth like $1000+ then the things I mentioned before would have earned it 1/2 a star but overall it does have an excellent image when you play the format you want to play while using it’s built in Android TV software which is good but too slow in my opinion. I hope this helps you decide to buy this or not if you’re on the edge :)

    I didn't keep this TV a month before selling it to a relative! Definitely not worth even the sweet deal of the price. Absolute trash!
